      @@DavidsTutorials Will do sir.
      Guess it's that ketogenic diet.
      You were practically flying lol...
      That would be an interesting video.
      Keto is such a hot topic. Some people say it's a fad, others swear by it, especially amongst the MMA and health community. Would love to hear more about your opinion on it.

    Suggestion - wouldn't it be easier to butter the bread [whole slice - both sides] first and then just press out the hole? Far less fiddly .

    • @DavidsTutorials
      @DavidsTutorials  3 года назад

      That sounds like a good idea. But then I'd have to actually wash the hole puncher instead of just giving it a quick wipe. Oh, well.

      Appreciate the comment. And just sayin', my wife does really like this. As for me, I can eat them and enjoy them, but there are other things I like better. (Many of them now on my channel! 😁)

    I need t know the make of that pan and spatula please and thank you

    • @DavidsTutorials
      @DavidsTutorials  2 года назад +1

      I had to go look. The pan is a 12" pan by Green Life. As for the spatula, I have no clue who made it, but I got it at William-Sonoma in January 2005. Yes, it does pay to get the good stuff.

    We called it eggy bread growing up

    • @DavidsTutorials
      @DavidsTutorials  3 года назад

      Eggy bread - Yep, I can see that. However, it also seems like that term could be confused with French Toast. BTW, I have an awesome recipe for French Toast! I may see about making a video on it, but I need to have company over to eat it, like grandkids, because it is WAY out of bounds for my ketogenic regimen! Not so much the bread as all the maple syrup I used to put on it.

    Did keto for 2 months. Expensive if do it right. Made me an egg and cheese sammich, reminded me I'm not trying live to be 100 in today's society. Made me a sausage egg and cheese sammich after ate first 1. Not looked back.

      Hi, Tony P, and actually, it has turned out to be not THAT much more expensive. Why? Because I now don't buy foods with sugars or processed grains (especially wheat) or processed oils (most vegetable oils). What's left is more expensive, sure, but I buy much less of it. I actually eat less because I'm not as hungry as when I consumed all that stuff. Overall, it may be a little more expensive, but not much, and I feel tons better. I've been on it for 4 years now, so I'm guessing that's enough time to tell. The first time I ordered a "Cheeseburger with no bun" at a fast food place, they looked at me like I had three heads. These days, it's easy to order a sausage, egg, and cheese sammich with no bun. Same price, fewer carbs.
