🎀If this works I might consider moving my apple tree. The neighbours next door refuses to trim their bushes in their garden. So it becomes unruly and grows over the fence into my garden over the top of my apple tree. So I trim the part of the bush which comes over and they stare at me from the window, with angry faces.🎀

They really shouldn't! Stare with angry faces, that is. Don't know where in the world you are, but as far as I know in most places the rules are that the neighbour either maintains their plants properly trimmed themselves or you are entitled to do whatever you want with the bits that encroach on your space (other than poisoning or purposefully mutilating the plant). It's best to communicate politely, but if they don't, that's their problem.

Remove those Leafs. Everything zhat looks not normal. Throw them in the trash. Not in the compost. That is a Funghus. Common Problem for Peaches, Nectarines and Apricot. If you do this constantly you should be able to get rid of it.
