- Hiiiiiii! Well, my friend, it is once again time to go on an epic Tarot card doll journey, and today we are going to be creating the Star Card! I'll be transforming a beautiful Clawdia Wolf into a celestial being who is full of hope and positivity! I'll be taking on a huge ruffle-filled project for this doll, and trying to work with my arch nemesis, apoxy sculpt. I hope you enjoy and please let me know which card you want me to do next. I will be drawing three cards at the end of this video to choose my next doll from!

What do you think the Chariot if you decide to make it, use a Barbie horse and Chariot and use either monster high or ever after high as a gladiator or proud warrior of justice or the Sphinx. See you on your next Tarot card video.

@@MiddleRabbitDollArtStudio I like that it represents balance. A lot of people think justice just means doing the good thing when it's really about how everything has something that counteracts it so there's not too much of one thing. Like how prey species have a lot of animals in them and predator species exist to keep prey species from over populating and over harvesting an area.

A good tip I received for hot glue (especially the strings) is to lightly go over it with a hair dryer. It makes the strings vanish. I am really enjoying this playlist of doll videos!

She is amaizing! I love her dress - this is your best dress so far and I'm so happy that you're feeling more confident with sewing :). I need to try this fork pleading! At first, I was little afraid of sticking plastic from her eyes, because I would sand them first, but when I saw that you chose beads for irises, it turned out to be not that crucial. Eyes turned out great :)
When it comes to the glue for metal - yeah, I know your pain. Recently, I had similar issue with one of my dolls, when I tried to stick metal chain to Worbla with superglue - with no success. But then I used UV resin, and it worked like gold. UV resin is sometimes annoying, but works perfectly as glue :)
Thank you so much! UV resin is a BRILLANT idea! I'm definitely going to have to try it in the future. I was a little nervous when I first burned the iris out and I saw the ridge. The plastic wasn't sanding well when I tried it, but thankfully I was able to make it work 😄.
Considering you've drawn Justice twice now, I think you should do that one next🖤

Hey, i literally just discovered your channel and I absolutely love it ☺️. Immediately subscribed. I’m not a doll maker but I’ve seen other artist use epoxy resin to adhere stuff, so maybe you can start there and see if it works for you.

Let's see Justice would be more of a Knight, world maybe Gaia the mother earth or maybe an Angel, and the Lover's I would say Adam & Eve. See you next time. :D

Initially i was gonna say the Lovers for my vote, but i read about some of the meanings of the World card and now i want to vote on that one.
I love how the Star turned out. And i like that you didnt go with the idea in the drawing of the card of a pale skinned, blond haired woman for the doll. I like your inspiration better.

@@MiddleRabbitDollArtStudio the world card has a certain duality of meanings i enjoy. Granted, the first time i read them was because i was reading a crossover fanfic with persona 5 and the author asked the readers what card better fit with a character and, like a complete nerd, i read them all and this is the one i liked best. It can mean harmony, wholeness and success (among others) while upright, but reverse it and you get emptiness, lack of closure, failure and incompleteness, and this duality is one i like.
