Hey I hope you are doing good, I don’t know you but I wanted to let you know that God loves you a lot and despite everything that’s going on he has a great plan for your life, please look for him and follow the guidance of the Bible with no exceptions on contrary to a lot of beliefs nowadays so you can be saved. God wants to save you so please don’t hesitate to trust him, if you do he will fight all of your battles with you and he will walk by your side all the days of your life, you will never be alone again even on the hardest days because he will be with you always, so please look for him and follow him while there is still time, it will be hard but it will be worth it, I promise.
I don’t know you but you might be going through hard times so keep these words in mind that God gives hope to the hopeless and he heals any wounds including the ones from the heart, and he can do the same for you regardless of anything. Thank you for reading, take care, God bless you always❤️

Light dying in the middle of stairs and in twilight is such a crazy symbolism .
Kakashi spits fact
He will neither reach the top (Heaven) nor reach the bottom (Hell) because he used the notebook. He will go to the realm of shinigami, or purgatory, and suffer forver.
@@stealiestag4204 and what's hell then suffering forever lol.
@@peolfpetler8500 I forgot to clarify, but the difference is that they will be bored forever, that's why Ryuk says he's always bored. So Hell is pain forever, while the Shinigami world is boredom forever which is also a type of suffering.
@Loki that applies to all living things and is scientifically accurate
Dying in the middle of the stairs is a very good symbol because he can't go neither to heaven or hell. The nothingness waits already... God I love this Anime.
Thank you T Reaction for doing this mashup series 🖤

@@barca8341 that's the sad/scary part isn't it? Because of it being like when you were born, having no recollection of it, it's a sad thing to think about how one day you could go to bed after spending a day with your family, and then not being able to see them again while not being aware of it
they're surprised by light's behaviour. because light doesn't usually act or behave like this. but since the beginning light has always been like that. when things doesn't go his way he goes mental or crazy remember his first confrontation of L. when L called out what he was doing was evil light suddenly freaked out and went crazy and also the surprise personal confrontation L did to light at the college university entrance exam when light got home he also flipped out and went bonkers.
L said Light was childish. When a child doesn't get their way they throw a tantrum. At the very least Light quickly composes himself afterwards. When he was called evil by L, when L revealed himself, when Misa was arrested, when he lost his notebook to Mello, and when confronted by Near at the end. Each time he calms himself and tries to come up with a solution. It was only at the end when he released he had no way out of it, which is why he was calling out for Misa and Takada before he just ran away.
Yeah, Light was giggling maniacally in episode one after killing many people. The surprise at his behavior always got me as well. He even revealed himself to Naomi right before she died. The only difference this time was that he didn't have the advantage and he never snapped out of it.
Yeah he was always very pathetic lmao
light still ma fav
Like near pointed out. Lights Ego was already out of control well before he got the death note and never faced competition. He was really never bested and in real life aswell. Kids that don’t face much adversity and than go to a big fancy school where everybody else is just as smart tend to really take a massive hit to the ego and can seriously fuck with their heads as it’s their first time not being the best. Light is exactly that and he’d showed signs like pointed out when L had first got him to screw himself pretty early on. When light isn’t in control. He loses it. Light was completely trapped her. Everytime he tried to escape or make an excuse he was just shut down immediately. There was literally no escape and only one exit. There really was only one path. Light was caught and that was it and he knew it.
Matsuda’s aim though, even in stress situations he still hit light without killing him.
I mean that's his job
@@21.parthjoshi20 well i think The Task force pulled him away just in time and that is why they were holding him in the next shot.
It's not without killing him 🙄 he was desperately trying to kill him
@@Monster-f8nop's talking about that first shot. whatever matsuda pulled off is much more impressive than immediately killing light.
Light finally losing his composure has got to be one of the most satisfying moments I've ever witnessed in fiction.
Right? The maniac laugh had to be one of my favorite anime scene ever
It’s dope but it’s makes me just a bit sad. He was like the worlds best chess player and just everything he had. Gone. Just like that.
@@AlexCass1515 yeah but wasn’t it satisfying to see? super cathartic-he finally got to show everyone what his real face was and didn’t need to wear his facade of being a golden boy
“Satisfying”? LOL. If you’re the one who often feel satisfied when seeing anyone you don’t like falling or failing that tells a lot about you.
@@leonardos2925 but sadly that is the Reality of Humanity
I don't know if was intended, but when Near first took of his mask in the previous episode, he grins. I like to believe it's because he's looking at Ryuk, which is confirmation that he stole the real notebook. He knew, as soon as he saw Ryuk, that'd he'd won.
Ohh that's a creative way of interpreting it
Sounds cool 😮
This makes sense
never thought about that
ive always seen it as a parallel (if that's what you call it) to L's grin after claiming that "justice will prevail" and that's shown when near wins with the same goal as L
If Light had some last minute move to kill everyone and win it would have made all the reactors go absolutely insane

@@douma5589 dude I swear lol
@Dream I mean near is nowhere "near" As smart as L. He just got lucky
@@dope7143 I don't think Near's the reason Light lost. Light made his biggest mistake by giving Mikami too much power and freedom. That one time when Mikami acted on his own (despite Light clearly telling him to not make any moves) was the major contributor to his downfall. Younger Light would never share his power with anyone. Light became a shadow of his former cautious, calculated, sinister self. Tragic indeed.
The sound effects during Mikami’s death made me think Light made a plane crash into the warehouse to kill everyone.

Misa invested herself so much so in Light that she lost her own identity. That's messed up. So dark. We see people like light in our lives who are so handsome and attractive and yet so dark at their core, their motive lies only at taking advantage out of the submissives.
It was her fault if we're being honest. She literally said "you can use me" so he did
@@missdaisy2051 Yes, it was her fault that she was naive and didn't understand that emotions don't value in this world...Power does...
she was already on borrowed time tho, she should've died long ago
She jumped off a building after Light died.
Light loved Misa. But he didn't forgot his main goal.
Thats what he teaches. Never divert from your dream or main goal
the whole ending was intense and sad but one part that stuck out for me too was Light seemingly "disowning" his dad. it's so sad because in the end he has lost all humanity, deluded into believing that he is indeed god, and that everyone of them were only pawns to him. but the parallel in the end shows he could have been more, he could have had genuine relationships and a really good life and only at the end of his life did he realize it, wanting to go back to that time he picked up the notebook.
the whole story especially this ending is so simple yet so complex. masterpiece 👌
no Light didn't completely lose humanity he was just noting that his dad's methods were honorable but ineffective
He didn’t disown his dad, he said that honest and honorable people like his dad are the ones who have it bad in this world inferring that he did infact care for his dad that’s the reason he wanted to change the world
Nha, I don’t think he said anything like that in the manga, just begged to ryuk for his life
@@xmangle5382 Cried like a bitch in fear of death, then heart attack and two black pages. Much better ending for Kira imo

Can’t believe this managed to secure GOAT status with only 37 episodes. Peak storytelling.
The ending of Light's character is one of the best in the anime, a great character who had the ending he deserved. Near's cool demeanor even when winning says it all, he never lost his composure or partied too soon.
I am 16, and even after watching 20+ anime, Light Yagami has always been my fav. character ever. I really cried down at his death. I guess I am the only rare person like that.
***PAINFUL TO EXCEPT FOR L FANS! BUT I WILL GIVE YOU EVERY REASON***
Writing millions of names, one day, without bank security, even when you might be the fastest writer in the world, but when your main language is English, without even a second break for water or washroom, with same strokes is "impossible".
Do you really think Light got insane because he was unofficially lost, no, he was like this because it was far more than impossible to do all this in one night. That Guy technically defeated all top 4 detectives of the world.
That's the reason, majority of Death Note fans and even the Franchise consider it to be of 25 episodes only. After ep25, logic is completely lost in Death Note, because the writer was pressurized to continue after ep 25.
I know that Light was a psychopath or well at least every time he was killing more and more because Light at first did have good intentions but thanks to the Death Note he was corrupted, really I did cry a lot for Light's death, it's really very sad and despite what he did I will always love him ❤️😭
Light didn't reduce crime. He only reduced crime reports.
Killing known criminals is pretty easy. Most governments can do that.
The complicated part is determining who is a criminal and light never got supernatural judge or detective powers. Only executor powers
Light's world is just a world where the media can kill people
Also, he never had actual good intentions. If he had, he wouldn't have needed to create kira. Just having the people die due to the authorities actions would have reduced crime and increased people's hope all over the world. But he needed to be the god...
Also, he really never did his homework about the innocence of those he killed. There's plenty of episodes where he kills whoever is in the news at a glance.
I also like Light
nah he was corrupted, the matrix makes u look at light like that. L is the one who made light like this. Light was doing okay with his job alone
the main character is also the ultimate villain, it's sad that he died LOL
The fact that I cried for L's death, Light's death and even more with Misa's suicide 😭😭
I want to take this moment and thank T Reaction for his work in these past couple days/weeks. Death note is an incredible show. The ending was perfect. Light dies closer to his goal yet just as far as when he started. This world has joys in veils of tears and suffering. No one can remove hardship and evil because they are aspects of human choices. If there was no violence we could never understand the value of peace. The lesson is the death note changes you... Not the world
Nice.
Light was awesome. Thanks for these reaction videos, it was so good to watch other's opinions and ideas on Death Note. Such a masterpiece.

I will always prefer the manga ending. The anime ending is good but just the moments in the manga of Light begging Ryuk to kill them all and Ryuk going "lol nope you are the only one that is gonna die" and Light pleading to Ryuk to stop and losing his cool.
Yeah but that would've been extremely degrading for someone like Light lol. The anime ending portrayed Light's death in an emotional and beautiful way so that it would not be something fans would laugh about, whether they're Light supporters or not.
f that lol I'm a light fan I would hate that
@@Aryeed he deserves nothing more that being degraded as simple, psychopathic, sad, mass murderer that he is
@@Aryeed The anime ending makes no sense, Near is like "no ok guys let him go, he's gonna die somewhere". The manga ending is dark and ruthless, just like you'd expect from a manga like this. In the end we all know that light had only been using everyone who respected , loved and trusted him. Consequences he was left alone not even ryuk being beside .
In his last moment light was so alone , i just wanted to help him.

@@jaydenlima2313 he really could, he said die now or be captured until he dies.

Just to let it clear, Light was the God of that new world, was he against everyone and everything, and he transform the world in to a better place, the "innocent people" he killed, was trying to avoid his ideal future to happen, lot of honest people is now dead because some "innocent" people stopped Kira in the past.
i was soo sad when it happened.. the face that light lost due to someone else's mistake, if L caught light, it would've been fine by me, but the fact that an incompetent brat who doesn't even deserve to be L's chosen one defeated light, which wasn't even light's mistake hurt me.
I feel sorry for you, but, anyway he chose it and then he blindly trusted his follower, He had won so many times since he assumed that he would always win, and that with his Gigantic Ego made him go to his defeat himself, He did contribute something to his own end.
@@BLASTERX-nz5lk The moral lesson here is never trust someone else because they're likely incompetent and will only serve to be your downfall. Thank u sm for the DN journey!!
As much of a genius as Light was he should’ve at least had a backup backup plan even if he thought he wouldn’t need it like 1. Mikami keeps a page or two of the real notebook, unused, on his person. And 2. At least test the notebook he took from the bank to ensure it was real. And even if parts of it were fake, use an occupied page that you know already worked. Also if he discovered he only had pages that he knew couldn’t work, then write everyone’s names, including Light, except for Aizawa. Then with a fake notebook Aizawa would take the fall. Just my idea
he was definitely arrogant which was the flaw of the show and thought no way near would think of it, which he was technically right if not for mello.
"I am become Justice."
It would've been better had it been an Bad Ending for everyone, not just Kira. Everyone suffers.
Death Note Kira reminds me of Lellouch actually.
i mean tbf, nobody has a happy ending except for ryuk lol.
near and mello lost their mentor who they idolized, and mello lost his own life and best friend too.
matsuda lost his mentor and was betrayed so badly that he nearly killed one of his closest friends. the rest of the task force also wasted 6 years of their life just to see the leader of their investigation team be kira. ukita died young and soichiro died not knowing his son's true identity.
the spk lost a lot of their coworkers (it was mello's work but still), and halle lost an acquaintance and her friend mello to kira.
light's family i wont even mention. they're really obviously not at all happy.
misa lost her lover who she was obsessed with to the point of suicide.
ryuk got some really nice entertainment and apples.
In a way light won cause his ideas and views and everything about him had transcended into real world society for a time. Though even if he won. He wouldnt be able to permanently fix society since he too would eventually die. Thats why death note is so interesting cause it makes you think.
Thank you for the quick updates of the last episodes 🍎🍎
My boy Light keeps taking Ws. He even managed to become a fuc*ing shinigami!
This is indeed his perfect victory. And as he used to say, multiple times in the anime for example in episode 15, "the real battle is just beginning".
This might just be the “alternate ending” (I haven’t read the rest of the Manga yet) but when he woke up in the Shinigami realm, he thought he would become a Shinigami, but then he dies, then Ryuk tells him he will experience each one of the 124,000+ deaths he caused by writing in the death note, in the Shinigami realm. Light then says he will make some sort of deal with the Shinigami King…

I'm sorry to tell you this but I would still have lost Light
Matsuda's theory for those who don't know :
Short answer : Near knew Light's plan and planned all events that led to Light's defeat.
Long answer : This theory was actually brought up at the end of the manga books by Matsuda. He theorized that Near knew Light's plan from the beginning and used the Death Note to control Mikami before he headed to the warehouse. This would explain why Mikami didn't realize the notebooks had been switched. Knowing Light, he would have told Mikami to test the book before using it, since he already realized Near would try to switch out some pages. Also, in the manga it's said that Mikami died 10 days after Near caught Light. He didn't kill himself. He died in jail. If you read through the manga, Matsuda explains everything in detail.
28th January was the day Light met Near. 26th January around late morning to early afternoon is when Takada died. Near explains that Mikami had already written down names for the 27th and 28th right up to the time of the meeting in order to cover for the absence of Takada. The same names will be in the fake notebook and the people would've died. Thus, he had no reason to suspect foul play while they had a day and a half to create a replica. Here, Mikami's own caution and loyalty worked against him both by tipping off Near and stopping him from testing the note on the day of the meeting. Near alludes to this. If it hadn't been for Mello kidnapping Takada, Near would've died. Mikami was forced to act and made a mistake.
@@badbunny6008 That's a theory at best. If Near would have have it in him to control Mikami, wouldn't he have the morale to test the first fake notebook he got from the gym? It's not Near-like to "kill", even criminals, Light told us this even in the manga. He wanted to win a "clean" way.
There are other ways to debunk that theory. If only some fans who really hate Near listen before blindly hating him. Lol
@@badbunny6008 I’m afraid its not possible, manga mikami died long after this
It's actually because of Mello's interference
Thanks for uploading this reaction series! Really enjoyed it!
I still think Light could've win the whole thing but as the show goes on he has no choice but to rely on other people. This reliance gave him away because these people makes the most 'obvious' mistakes for intellectuals such as L, Mello & Near. If he was alone like at the beginning I think he could've still manage it himself but then his girlfriend showed up, then takada, then that maniac...... honestly they were just the ones who gave light away..
The only reason Light lost is his own ego. The other characters complicated things, but they weren't the reason he lost. He lost when he tried to challenge L. The entire premise is that Light is only doing this because he is bored. He was looking for someone to challenge his intellect. If he truly only cared about creating a new world, he would just ignore L. L can't gain information if you ignore him. He intentionally tried to get close to L to kill him, when the correct strategy was to just ignore him.
@@VillainGamingFN I understand thats how Light got caught. But if he never would have killed Lind L Taylor or tried to get close to L. He would have won. It's his ego's fault. You can't blame Mikami for acting on his own, because Light gave him the authority to do that. Light is the one who made the mistake. He never had to involve ANYONE in the first place.
@@VillainGamingFN Killing Lind L Taylor was most certainly a mistake. It clearly directed all of L's efforts to Light's location. How could you possibly think it was good for Light to kill him? Just because it allows him to kill L faster doesn't mean its a good decision. All it did was place extreme unnecessary risk on him. If he just ignores L, L can't find him. Simple as that. The only reason L ever got close to him, is because Light continued to make mistake after mistake due to his own ego. Instead of ignoring L and creating his world where he reigned as god. He chose to confront L because he was bored. You do realize that the entirety of the series is based on that premise? That both L and Light are fighting each other because they are bored. This was a specific choice by the writer that continues throughout the series. Light did not confront L because it was an intelligent decision, it was because he was bored. He lost because of his own ego, simple as that. If he never decided to try and kill L. How would L find him? He has billions of suspects. Short answer, he can never find Light unless Light himself makes the mistake. After roughly 5 years public support would probably sway to Kira and then he can literally just take over the world governments.
"And yes it’s Mikami’s fault , ur understanding of the climax seems limited" Wtf are you talking about. I already know all that information. That changes nothing of what I said. Light is the one who put Mikami in the position when he never needed Mikami to begin with. He only needed Mikami because his ego caused him to fail. He should have never let L get anywhere near him. It was his ego that forced him into a position where he needed Mikami to begin with.
" light was too intelligent and went with the best option, it was Mikami’s fault in the end and Light Yagami lost due to his insane intelligence" This literally makes no sense. He didn't lose because he was too intelligent, he lost because he LACKED intelligence. If he was truly intelligent enough, he would have realized Mikami could possibly act out of his own will and set up a better contingency in place than just telling him to not act. Or better yet, did what I said at the beginning and would have never needed him in the first place by not allowing L to get near him.
@@VillainGamingFN Light does not need to kill L to become god. He NEVER needed to kill L. L is not god. Light's ego is what made him think he needed to kill L.
You keep getting hung up on this "he HAS to kill L" Yet he really doesn't. In fact, the entirety of the author's writing in death note should spell that out. But I guess you missed it. Must have not been paying much during the entire series. He specifically writes things in a way to show that Light's demise was because he specifically chose to fight L, rather than play defense. I don't understand why you think him killing L makes him god of the world. L is not god. Sure he is powerful. But if he ignored L, he would have become god in the exact same way. What he needed was to sway public opinion. Light knew this, in fact he even says so DURING the story. L and the task force had 0% chance of catching him so long as he didn't confront L. He got caught because his ego drove him to confront L
"lmfao light lost cuz he was just too smart , realistically there was no way mikami could act out of character" but he did.... Did you miss it or something? I think you missed the climax. Mikami acted out of character. I guess you missed it. Weird, that's the whole climax as to how Near was able to switch the correct notebook. I guess you just didn't understand. Mikami acted out of character, which was something unforeseen by Light. I guess you weren't watching the show and were doing something else during the last 2 episodes.
" light lost due to his insane intelligence and there is no way pathetic viewers like yourself could even understand what happens in the climax" I am aware of what happened in the climax. I even said so after you commented about it. It doesn't hold any sway over what I said. I think you just don't even understand the series. Maybe it's a bit too complex for you. The entire premise of the series is about lights own ego getting in the way. Every fight between him and L was a specific choice by the writer that Light has a god-complex, and it would lead to his own destruction. But I guess that kind of flew over your head as you were drooling watching him writing names in a notebook missing the entire context of the story in the background.
@@VillainGamingFN L was never god. I don't even know what would make you think that. It's like you ignored the entire story. L is the worlds greatest detective. That is not god, that is the best detective. You render him COMPLETELY useless if you just don't confront him. He can never prove you are Kira. He doesn't need to kill L to beat him. Just render him useless. By avoiding him, L can never do anything to hurt him. Then he will gain enough power by influencing the worlds ideology that L will be completely unable to do anything.
You talk about me being autistic. But this entire comment is a lesson in autism. You are so obsessed with Light it is astounding. You will even go as far to say the author is dumb because your brain is too inadequate to understand the story as you grasp at straws to make anything you say even remotely coherent. You just ignore the entire story, then make up things, just to make your weird perspective make sense. You also have to completely circumnavigate entire section of the story to be correct. Sorry, but you don't have the authority to eliminate chapters from the manga or episodes from the anime. Its honestly pathetic.
If he made a mistake in intelligence (improperly estimating mikami). That is a lack of intelligence, not him being too intelligent. I guess this is just an example of your lack of intelligence. What you say literally makes no sense. Its like you are deliberately stupid.
Misa is more evil than light. She killed innocent reporters and was ready to kill anyone for sake of person who she doesn't knows. It doesn't justify killing but Light atleast had a good reason and goal. Am I the only one who thinks like this? Share your opinion 👇
@apologundert2825whatever 😂
Its impossble already to copy the notebook so perfectly down to the dot knowing there's about a hundred thousand names in there, but they also did it overnight. LoL
Near = Genius
@@badbunny6008 well i think it was stated that someone who has the Shinigami Eyes cant be controlled using the note book?
@@strygwyr5735 I couldn't tell you, it's a Matsuda theory after all.
@@strygwyr5735 Matsuda puts forth the intriguing theory that Near writes Mikami's name into the Death Note to prevent him from confirming whether the notebook he brought to the warehouse was real. Lending credence to this theory is the fact that Mikami died after “going crazy” ten days after the events of the warehouse

How?
Even if the last third of death note is pretty weak everyone can agree that it has an amazing last episode
They cut a lot from the last third from the manga in the anime.
he saw L before he closes his eyes… He knew he lost to L
i think you missed the point of the scene
@@elsotanodelhorror810 really? can you explain it to me?
@@miratuta8831 the scene is supposed to mirror the scene where Light kills L. From L pov Light was the last thing he saw, and here we see that the last thing Light "sees" is L aswell. Also it represents the point that L was the only person Light acknowledged as an equal and as a rival
The thing is people can only grow out of their mistakes.
So killing all criminals isn't a justifiable act.
And you can't kill people, you're in no power to do so... whatever the reason is...
At the end of the day, you can't objectively say Light was wrong or right; it's all opinionated at the end of the day
"A man who will never be willing to sacrifice a little bit of himself will never live the real tomorrow..."
"If he had sacrificed a few years of his life and taken the precious eyes he wouldn't have lost."
nah, the reason light lost is because he killed Lind L. Taylor. Had he not done that, L wouldn't have found him. His ego is what brought him his downfall.
If only he let that broadcast slide... He wouldn't even have met L.

it’s crazy how the lighting match’s when L died
Despite all the smart moves he made, I really hated Light. The fact that he died AND he won't go to heaven nor hell was so satisfying. His soul will remain unrest and will wander aimlessly.
