Namaste 🙏
What about SATURATED FAT Dr Li. What are the best fats: Butter from pasture raised cows, A-1 vs A-2 cows red meat, EVOO, cold pressed avocado oil, coconut oil unrefined are known to be anti-inflammatory. And seed oils are inflammatory like palm oil, sunflower, vegetable oil, and more.
I’d love your thoughts on what you consider good fats and why NOT saturated fats⁉️
I am really impressed with your knowledge and totally agree with let food be thy medicine ! Thanks much. B
Very great dear dr.li!!!
Gosh I love Dr. Li! I love meat and the idea that I can actually eat some makes my day. I also do intermittent fasting and I stay away from gluten and dairy. I have arthritis in my hands so I’m hoping giving up dairy and gluten will help with inflammation.

Thank You Dr Li
Dr. Li, what do you think might be the cause of a burning sensation in both legs from the knees down but not in the feet, that comes and goes?! Lab work shows no problem with circulatory system, no diabetes, high TSH but normal T3 and T4? Exercise regularly. No cardiovascular disease. Perhaps more carbs than necessary in the diet but may be not enough fat and veggies, little meat, lots of fruit! Does this clinical picture make sense to you? Above 70 and so far only high cholesterol values as a constant. Why now?
Heavy metals
Thank you very much. Will test for heavy metals although my diet is unlikely to be the culprit!!
My bld vessels are inlfammed. Whst could have caused this
Poor diet. Not enough exercise .
