That looked delicious Greg, my moth is salivating. This recipe brought to mind my favourite pizza topping, bacon, large prawns, brie/camembert all on your basic pizza topping (cheese and sauce). (hmmm I think I am missing an ingredient - oh well).

Put a damp tea towel under the cutting board, that will stop the wobbling
It will stop it from sliding not wobbling.
