This is my Eggless gulab jamun cheesecake cups recipe, which is a festive Diwali fusion festive dessert recipe!

Ingredients-
Mini Gulab Baked Jamun cheesecakes
1. 120 g biscuits
2. 60 g melted butter
3. 240 g cream cheese or 1 cup
4. 1/4 cup caster sugar
5. 1/2 cup cream or 125ml
6. 2 Tbsp or 30 g curd
7. 1 tbsp corn flour
8. 200 g condensed milk
9. 1 tsp Vanilla extract
10. Few drops of rose water or kewra water
11. Few saffron strands
12. Gulab jamuns
Bake at 160 C for 25 mins or until almost set.
