    Hi there
    With commercial property is there a limit how many years you can take the Mortage out or is it like buy to let up to yourself if you want 25 30 35 years.

    My plan is to start by buying buy to lets until I have 150K equity on them & then refinance to use that as a deposit for a commercial building.
    Is that possible and what's involved? The commercial property will be for my business

    Is it possible to get a mortgage to purchase a business premises on a leasehold? The business im looking at is making good profit and i plan to run it myself.

      Whilst we don’t predominantly deal with loans for leasehold premises, funding can be sourced if there is other supporting tangible security in the background or via a high street bank who provides loans supported by the Governments Enterprise Finance Guarantee Scheme.
