Gregory Isaac had Roots Radics band.. Bob Marley had the Wailers.. Jacob Miller had Inner Circle band.. Dennis Brown had We the People band.. a true Reggae Music Legend and Icon like Barrington Levy should have his own band that knows his music - no disrespect to Ruff Kutt.. but you need more rehearsal time with the artist to tighten up and level the vibes.
You are absolutely right with your observations. I suspect that Barrington spending most of his active years in the business in UK,must have contributed to this situation. In this industry once your are not domiciled in Jamaica you are likely to struggle to integrate.

Barrington has detour posse but we couldn’t get our visa in time coming from Europe the week before to get to Japan
