When they layer the steels it’s called a laminate. Spyderco did this with hap40/sus410 for a while. Typically they take a non stainless and laminate it with a stainless steel. There may be other reasons but that is one of the main ones I am aware of
Me too, so excited to give 15v a try… was a nightmare to get one as the website was flooded, but must have snapped up one of the last ones because they were sold out right after… ran out of stock in like 20min.. they should make more because spyderco is leaving so much money on the table with the demand of these 15v variants
Got my first mule team today. I tried to grind some micarta and I think I just got chemical pneumonia 🤣🤣🤣...I think I'm g9nna like this mule team thing though. 😎🤘
