Great walkthrough of each beer. Based on your description 321 would be flavours I enjoy. Guessing breeding hops to match those from the US and NZ.
David it was fun to do for sure and 100% they are breeding to ger those signature notes from the overseas hops, they are doing a fantastic job and I hope to get the opportunity to brew with these experimental hops, cheers David 🍻

I’ve just got can 5 left to try but couldn’t help watch. I’m no expert but I’m with you. Can 321 my favourite so far. If I was to rank them so far I’d go can 3, then can 1, then 2 then 4. Will let you know when I’ve had the last one
I think that is exactly the order I would go for sure, 321 was just the most balanced, suited the style and lots of flavour, I'm no expert either mate but it's great to hear I'm not the only one with the 321, cheers Steve 👍 🍻
