Marcus is 100% correct in this video. Amateurs are late in almost every part of the golf swing. I consider this a throttle of my golf swing. Using my three fingers of the left hand to close the club face.
Ive had golf lessons for over 30 years and NO golf coach has ever mentioned this ,if i knew that 30 years ago i would of been a better golfer indeed its one of those secrets that coaches don't tell you and they should from the start. As always fantastic information.
Fantastic drill, thanks Marcus. Squaring the face is my biggest problem, especially with the driver. This has certainly helped with my irons. I really enjoy your channel, please keep the instruction coming.
Thank you for this nugget. I used to live in Utah and of course, l would be there for sure because l love you guys' lessons it's the easiest on the body with some whipping going on when done right. I am almost there... you guys are awesome!
At the moment I’m getting too much of a draw. Might focusing on rotating the club earlier help? Incidentally, the GRF 2.0 video has been a revelation in teaching me a new language of movement - thank you for that!
Absolutely, often the opposite of what people think. Rotate earlier and invite the body to react earlier balancing out this rotation. Very good awareness with your comment 👍
Brilliant Marcus! Feeling the club just falling from the top has helped my short game so much! I am slowly incorporating the feel into my full swings with predictable results! The toe deep divot is so critical too!🙏
I understand this fully and I can do it perfectly with a leaf or grass clump or whatever on the ground but not with a golf ball. Not sure how to get over it mentally.
Need to develop awareness for release patterns with the wrists first. The release must adapt if youre adapting your body action. The way you've always released it with your 'old' patterns is what the body is used to and will try to use. Watch the videos on release and 'toe down' divots 👍
Marcus, biggest issue besides, set up and aim proper forward tilt at address , Is most all handicap golfers have the wrong hold on the club . The hands never get unified to get the body movements for Free.
Hands down the best teacher on RUclips ❤
Thanks Craig, appreciate your support ♥️

What’s the GRF 2.0 video?

Brilliant, it helps switch on the body movement so well and control the clubface 👍
Going great! I was hoping to see you in the US but I will be in Scotland
Brilliant 👍
Cheers Stuart, hope it's going well 👍
