I think that’s a GREAT idea. For those of you worried that the hemostats will weaken the line try this instead. Clip the hemostats closed with the teeth on the lock going between the two lines. Problem solved!

Jeff, nice idea but I would be concerned that the hemostats would either cut into the line or flatten and thus weaken the line? Thanks for the video.

Abrasion.... Is the word of the day. Don't abrase those lines.., it makes them weak at the abrasion points.
I think the hemos just weakened that spot in line.
