@@bluebeans9478 Emperor allows for full control of the his bullets, plus it doesn't seem to have to be reloaded. Ontop of that, his bullets are inherently much stronger. Mista has normal bullets that can be sped up a little, Emperor's bullets in the episode with Boingo caved off the top of a tower when they missed Jotaro, which is pretty much impossible for normal bullets. Sex pistols is a pretty good stand, but Emperor is just quite a bit better.

That's the ONLY reason this shit is being done, even though Mista is italian. So the asian author didnt take that into account when writing a story about non asian characters.
