Ingredients & Seasonings:
120g oatmeal
200ml hot water
1 zucchini (330g)
3g salt
150g steppen cheese
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp pepper
3g salt (to add flavor)
2 eggs
3 tbsp olive oil
dipping sauce:
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp greek yogurt or sour cream
dill
2 tsp lemon koji (Koji is mold made from rice. Lemon koji is a seasoning made by fermenting a mixture of koji, lemon, and salt.)
