What made this even more meaningful is when I heard someone say that babies actually choose their names before they are born. There’s a reason for it and it’s because our names have importance in the purpose of our lives. Don’t know if this is true but just to imagine it could be possible makes this experience even more beautiful.
My son named his daughter Iris Ann. Ann was the middle name of his mother who tragically passed away 18 years ago when he was 15. It warms my heart knowing that her name will live on.
my named my cat Mae after a lady I knew, she adored kitty cats, I tell Mae everyday that Granny Mae knows about her and knows how pretty she is, and how she is now taking care of Eli, my tomcat I lost him a few years ago, she purrs each time I also tell Mae that the lady she's after was very sweet and very lovely

My first daughter shares a middle name with my mom Lee my second daughter is Maria after my exs gm my sons middle name is Charles after my gp and my third daughter is named Jacquelyn Grace after both of my grandmothers
My best friends name is Melody she never had kids of her own I already had a first name picked out but she wanted me to name my daughter Lira, the french for Lyric...as I am a singer and her name is Melody 🎶 so I changed the spelling of Lira to Lyrah and that is one of her middle names...she only calls my daughter Lyrah, never by her first name, we just humor her

Dude, your narration and BGM spoiled the video. I seriously got irritated listening to the Piano BGM and your voice popping out on the right moments of the videos. I paused the video at 4 minutes and gave a dislike to this video. I would have enjoyed listening to those grandparents and other people in the video, than your voice and BGM.
At least use consistent pronouns. Describing a grandmother it literally said “His first granddaughter is named after her” it should be “HER first granddaughter is named after her”

I was named after my grandmother and now I’m crying. I miss her so much and time has not heal hurt of losing her. So many good memories.
When I am old and gray, I will still miss my grandma dearly. Tea time, toast, on little tv trays. Miss her everyday
