I'm happy at last you guys came to my Vizag, though I'm a native of Kolkata but Vizag is my second native as I've been staying here from my Childhood. AND the place where you guys have the meal is in my Colony I stay in Sector 11 and you guys are relishing food in Amrutham that is in Sector 8. Enjoy Guys, and at every corner you'll find delicious foods. CHEERS!!!
There are so many bengali people in Vizag. It gives the city a cosmopolitan feel.
I went to Vizag and stayed in Novotel. That's when I had Andhra food for the 1st time. I'm a big fan of pappu, Guntur Kodi and pessarattu. There are more but I love Amdhra food

A traditional Andhra meal thali from subayagari hotel or any famous outlet is best tomato or palak Papu, sambar ,rasam fry curry, traditional gongura chutney, coconut powder, gun powder made of curry leaves ,kaja sweet, poornam sweet will be available in a meal after that they give traditional pan and hyderabadi dum biryani and Andhra pulav are best ragi sankathi with andhra chicken curry or mutton curry is next level, putharekulu sweet, bellam jeedepapu (cashew nut jaggery)are my favourites.

Chapalu pulusu...is a tangy..spicy...with tamarind and tomato base...which is pulusu. Iguru means a hot curry..without tamrind and tomato

Tried this restaurant today. Not worth it. Below average quality and taste.
