You are wrong here, I once had a Samsung NP550P5C laptop bought in 2013 and at that time with Windows, these JBL speakers were great and watching movies on them was great and loud, and there are also people who watch series or movies on their laptops, I can't compare them for Macbooks, because for me Macbooks are overrated crap and I don't like everything about them, whether it's all soldered now, whether it's the RAM or the disk, and I don't like the system either.
My laptops: Blade 16 4090, 64GB ram 8TB ssd G16 4070, 16GB ram 1TB ssd Macbook Pro 16 M3 Max 128GB ram 2TB ssd. Best overall is the Macbook Pro. Mobile windows is the G16. Desktop replacement is the Blade 16. Blade 16 is just too damn heavy for mobile use. G16 gets to hot for gaming so it's a powerbook only for browsing or content consumption. The G16 cpu is shit and the 4090 is watered down. Macbook Pro is the king. Best build quality, best CPU, equivalent to a 4070, and I can run any model with that 128GB ram. My blade 16 never leaves my desk. I keep the G16 in my Tesla for supercharging activities. Macbook Pro is for personal development projects.
MacBook pro's APU is not close to a 4070. Why on earth you'd need a G16 for "tesla charging" screams you're either lying or have money to waste. If your Razer never leaves your desk buy a desktop and get a significantly better experience. None of your decisions make sense, and nothing you do on a Mac for "personal development" couldn't be done on a PC, so your powerful MacBook sounds like a waste of money as well. None of this adds up. Enjoy.

I'm not consistent with configurations because I don't have benchmarks on every single thing because I've been changing my methodology and want to keep things apples to apples. If you;re using it for games, that would be the worst idea ever. No laptop can produce a true 4k game experience without crushing frames, graphics and performance. Whilst toasting your laptop with unbearable heat and fan noise.
@Qwillo749 you can play almost every triple a game at 4k with a minimum of 45 fps on maxed out settings with a 4090. Some people would prefer frames though so I get both sides
@@consumertechwarehouse Yes that may be true, but it's not just frames (Honestly I'm fairly happy as long as I'm at 30fps or above) but a 4090 in a laptop is just a noisy, heated and thermal mess. the power draw required is insane. If the resolution is 1440p you could have the same performance with less powerful cards that make the laptop more affordable with less thermal issues and fan noise for a barely perceptible difference in resolution. If the screen is 27inch + then by all means lets get 4k. My home desktop is powering a 4k oled c3 so I get it but at 16inches in a thin and light gaming laptop, it's simply silly. I totally agree it's not all about frames, actually my whole point is more around it's a laptop, sacrifices need to be made if for nothing else to simply manage heat. Trust me, if people truly understood the difference in power required to power the 4k monitor and the by products of doing that in a laptop I think most would say that it's insane. On a side note, thanks for replying. I really appreciate it. :)

@@consumertechwarehouse the G16 4080 is £3,300 in the uk whereas the Legion 7i White is £1,700, to me its already a no brainer as for that price i would buy a Macbook pro, but I wanted to see the benchmarks in gaming and 3D softwares on the G16 with a 4080 device and Legion 7i with 4070, to see if there are noticeable differences between the two, I would consider both G16 and Legion 7i as creator gaming, but the Razer B16 as gaming at its core

@@consumertechwarehouse No idea why my reply keeps getting deleted, but I said that in UK the G16 is going for £3,300 with 4080, the Legion 7i is £1,700 with a 4070, to me its a no brainer as for the price of G16 i can get the superior Macbook pro, but I wanted to see the benchmarks on software's and games, and see if the 4080 performance on the G16 noticeably out performs the Legion with 4070, I would say the G16 and Legion 7i are creator gaming and the Blade 16 is more tailored towards gamers
its never ending battle, zephyrus vs razer blade, i prefer razer
My g16 doesn’t sound as u may described , it’s low in volume and no bass !!!
GLOSSY all day, but bought 2 Razer in 4 years returned them both! = ROG ALL DAY
What fsr 1.0 ?
It’s like DLSS. It’s an upscaling method.
Nobody talking about Alienware anymore 😂
Wabble dont matter until you are in a bad table 😅
I could not be more annoyed by that light show going on the lid of the ROG.
Good thing you can shut it off
@@destruxandexploze2552 Good to know. I don't like the cut out in the aluminum, but at least the obnoxious "look at me" show can be disabled, that makes it an option for sure then.
I love ASUS, they have the best coil whine and RMA practices!
I’m going to address the RMA madness in a separate video. Coil whine is a thing on some of their products. None that I have seen this year though. But honestly Razer’s RMA service isn’t any better. That’s why I didn’t talk about it. I think Gamer’s Nexus will force all company’s hands in making their repair process better.
but like, who the hell uses laptop speakers out in public, or while playing game? everyone knows you're gonna use headset/headphones. Razer wins for me as its quieter and can upgrade RAM making it future proof for at least 10 years. And that wobble... just typing on the keyboard shakes the screen... Typing from a 2018 Razer 15 #hingestillstrong.
ASUS ROG…hit the market 🔥🔥🔥🔥
My laptops:
Blade 16 4090, 64GB ram 8TB ssd
G16 4070, 16GB ram 1TB ssd
Macbook Pro 16 M3 Max 128GB ram 2TB ssd.
Enjoy.
whose watching this on a G16? 32gb 2tb ryzen ai9hx370 rtx4070 its the best, thermals are not great, but I never game. FANS ARE NOT AN ISSUE WHEN NOT GAMING, EVEN WITHOUT THE VAPOR CHAMBER! ;)
I made this before the risen 9 so version came out. But personally I switched to the p16 which is the g16 with the ryzen 9 ai but rebranded for creators and I love it.
@@consumertechwarehouse Did your sample also had a "grainy" look on uniform dark colors like dark grey or blue (in copilot) a lot of reviewers forget to point that out I had another reviewer also mention that
@HamzaNasry no I haven’t noticed that.
@@consumertechwarehouse The white version looks much more beautiful than the black one you shouldve used that for the review on camera the blak color looks plasticky
Im also Guyanese!
Nice!! 🇬🇾. I grew up there and left for college
Where is the proof of battery life?
There is no proof for battery performance he’s just throwing out stuff.
The proof is me using it. Also I mentioned the core ultra uses less than 15 watts vs over 30 watts on the razer just doing mundane tasks. I go into it more in the dedicated videos of each device
12:11 yeah this guy does not have it "in a few configurations" like i dont even know what the f he is comparing it to, some doesnt even have the blade 16 and not consistent configurations across the benchmarks. he litteraly just copy pasted benchmarks from google (or other souces). even tries to trick us to think blade 18 was 16!
Take a look at my channel and previous videos. You'll see that I covered every single laptop that I have a graph and benchmark for. I don't include benchmarks from any other source than my own. It's the only way I can be 100% sure that they are right.
I'm not consistent with configurations because I don't have benchmarks on every single thing because I've been changing my methodology and want to keep things apples to apples. But I think I have enough out there for someone to get an idea of what to expect
How can you talk about the 4070 g16 without talking about the horrible 3rd fan Razer is much quieter at 100watt + gpu it's the deciding factor
I agree they should've put the cooler from the 4080 on the 4070 but those speakers draw out the fan noise
G16 seems much more impressive as a laptop. I would rather build a desktop that use Razer Blade.
Truth- both laptops are shit
Which are better? Serious question!
Shit, these are Macbooks with everything soldered in and their system is a disaster for me
I wish the zephyrus g16 had a 4K display
@@Qwillo749 I don’t want to use it for games 💀
@@AGcarnage Hahaha, well then my comment is moot and I'm an idiot. Sorry.
Battery life is very important for me. If I were to buy one between Blade and G16, I would go for the cheaper G16, much more portable and cheap than a Razer. Also, if I really need a desktop replacement laptop, I don't think any laptop comes close to the Alienware M16 series.
AW m16 better than scar 18?
