    Great video! Interesting fact: low stomach acid can actually block B12 absorption, even if you’re eating enough. Adding a bit of fermented food can sometimes help boost uptake naturally!

      Start shampooing your hair thrice weekly with very gentle shampoo or mixing some coffee or alovera gel in your shampoo and follow up coin size conditioner only on ends ....main key is washing frequently will eventually lead to clean scalp

      Don't put oil on scalp instead put aloevera gel with just half teaspoon of dahi or oil and let it sit only for 15-20 minutes not more than that ...hope it helps ...kyunki same Mera bhi yhi problem tha scalp toh clean ho gyi h bs hairfall km Krna h ab

      I stopped using market products for my hair, i use reetha shikakai amla as hair wash, soak overnight, then boil, and rub them a little, then use that liquid to repeatedly wash hair( upside down head over a bucket, keep reusing the water, till it turns cloudy) . And rinse with clean water. After hair gets semi dry I apply 2-3 drops of argan oil on strands, instead of the matrix seum i used to use before. My scalp builup got clean. Hope this helps. Also wash hair atleast 2 times a week.

    Thank you ma'am for your nice speech. I'm sure my body needs vitamin B12. Your symptoms out of your 5 match in my case.But 0:10 why my doc's don't pay attention to those symptoms though I've explained don't understand. On the other hand they become angry when I would suggest any such things. I'm a chronic neuro patient prescribed with Gabapentin400+Norptylin10 Baclofen20mg calciumD3 .morning and night.

    Thank u very much for d information dear madam. I have d problem of malabsorption n am restricted by d ayurveda doctor not to have curd instead can have butter milk. Am a purely vegetarian. I want to know whether I can have curd/buttermilk during rainy n winter? Ii have stopped ayurveda medication. I want a remedy for malabsorption too.

    Ma'am thank you but what can people who are lacto intolerant do naturally to increase B12? It is said the best source of B12 are meats. In which case what do vegetarians do to get B12 naturally and that too the right amount. Vegetarian food has next to negligible B12, which does not provide the right amount of B12 in your daily diet! Please help.
