Start shampooing your hair thrice weekly with very gentle shampoo or mixing some coffee or alovera gel in your shampoo and follow up coin size conditioner only on ends ....main key is washing frequently will eventually lead to clean scalp
Don't put oil on scalp instead put aloevera gel with just half teaspoon of dahi or oil and let it sit only for 15-20 minutes not more than that ...hope it helps ...kyunki same Mera bhi yhi problem tha scalp toh clean ho gyi h bs hairfall km Krna h ab
I stopped using market products for my hair, i use reetha shikakai amla as hair wash, soak overnight, then boil, and rub them a little, then use that liquid to repeatedly wash hair( upside down head over a bucket, keep reusing the water, till it turns cloudy) . And rinse with clean water. After hair gets semi dry I apply 2-3 drops of argan oil on strands, instead of the matrix seum i used to use before. My scalp builup got clean. Hope this helps. Also wash hair atleast 2 times a week.
