(Vegetable & Cheese Cutlet)
Prep Time - 15mins
Cooking time - 20mins
(Serves 4)
Ingredients:
Oil - 4tbsp
Heeng - ½ tsp
Cumin - 1½ tsp
Green chilli chopped - 1tsp
Ginger chopped - 2tsp
Beans chopped - ½ cup
Carrots chopped - ½ cup
Cauliflower chopped - ½ cup
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Coriander powder - 1tbsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Potato boiled & mashed - 1½ cup
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Kasoori methi pwd - ½ tsp
Chaat masala - 1tsp
Bread crumbs - ¾ cup
Cheese cubes - few
For Slurry:
Maida - 1 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Water - ½ cup (approx)
Oil - to fry

I was little late,,,but I saw the delicious cutlet just now😋.Small small tips to keep in mind are very useful .I don't want to miss a single one.
I remember in my school canteen ,,we use to have small small samosas,,,with less spices,,,n the potatoes were not mashed, they were tiny cubes.we use to love it,and the green liquid chutney cannot be missed😀. May God bless the Canteen wale bhaiya...who was always ready to serve us☀️
