In Mumbai cylinder lasts for 3 months, but in Goa same size lasts for a month how come. Even though with blessings of Cylinder-rani rate is gone from 400 to 1200, its gone even further worse for Goans because of Ghantiacho sarkar & ghantis.
I'm from Sancoale and our cylinder was not coming for month also, also could make out weight was less. We were not aware that vehicle was carrying weight machine.

We are facing this problem everytime we order a new cylinder, the cylinder don't last long whereas in Mumbai the cylinder last for 3months or so. These ghantis has destroyed our goa with their dirty tricks of robbing, they should be jailed n sent back to their states. Even with weight, water can be used to replace some % of LPG to increase savings (corruption at its best) some fellows open cylinder, weld a iron plat at bottom & fill it with sand for more weight.
The Gas company is also fully responsible for this as the seals are not put properly or either they can be removed easily without breaking if turn little and pull up, you’ll can try and see. Distributor is fully responsible he cannot say he doesn’t know this, well done Verna police team.
His Agency should be terminated for staying ignorant and for not taking his responsibility seriously.

Nearly 10 past as I was passing by through Verna Industrial areas for an interview of my son next to side by terrible smell of Gas pilfriging was just going there . returning back after the interview nobody was there

How can we weight the cylinder
Its full responsibility of owner if he dont have control on his business then why he is doing. He is earning huge profit and we coustomer have to pay for this. They should write on cylinder book that before taking coustomer should ask delivery boys to weight and they are carrying weighting machine on vehicle. Now who will pay for our coustomer loss.

Inspite of asking customer to weight and take why there agency is not asking incharge to inspect and weight before loading on vehicle also should take sign of incharge that it has been inspected. Its very sad that culprits run away and police were not able to catch them. As as compensation for coustomer now owner should give one cylinder atlist free for each coustomer.

This type of LPG story going for Years, nothing is Happened, it's all LootMar Mission which start 9 yrs ago, with ZUMLA 15 lakhs, and now 2000 Note.
People should not except cylinders with broken seal. As suggested everyone cannot buy a weighing machine. Mostly the cylinders are delivered when there are old people at home.

Gas cylinder car has no weighing scale, then how to check when buying cylinders.
Haven't you seen, how these menacing ghantis are filling water to increase weight of cylinder. Also they open the weld at centre & weld a plate at the base inside the cylinder so the gap can be filled with sand to increase weight.
Mr. Desai first u send the weighing machine during delivery of cylinder. Customers don't have weighing machines.
