  • Lighter nights, noisy neighbours, trips away causing routine disruption, a full moon??!
    This time of year brings many reasons for a disrupted sleep. Here are some things to try if you’re struggling:
    ~ A gentle stretch or mini yoga practice before bed
    ~ Herbal teas (lavender, chamomile, lemon balm - you can drink them as an iced tea if it’s really hot!)
    ~ Earplugs, eye mask
    ~ in for 4, out for 8
    ~ Having an after dinner walk
