1/3 cup (80g) milk
1tsp(5g) vanilla
essence
1tsp(5g) pistachio essence
4Tbsp (30g) ground pistachios
1 1/4 cup(150g) cake
or plain flour
1tsp (5g) baking powder
green food colouring
5 egg(large) whites
1tsp vinegar
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
Milk Bath:
250ml(1 cup) milk
369g(1 can) evaporated milk
200g(2/3 cup) condensed milk
3Tbsp (22g) ground pistachios
whipped crem:
1cup(250ml) whipping cream
2tbsp sugar
1tbsp vanilla
pistachios for decoration

Hi there! I wanted to try this out because it looked amazing, am I able to use a self rising cake flour? It’s a little different than a reg. Cake flour because it’s premixed with baking powder and salt.

Hi yes you can use self raising flour just skip baking powder as self raising flour already has baking powder in it
