  • JR Ikebukuro Station is located in the Ikebukuro District in Tokyo and is the second busiest commuter station in the "world", second only to JR Shinjuku Station. In addition to the JR trains, this station also contains the Tobu Tojo Railway Line, Seibu Railway Line and the Tokyo Metro (Subway) lines. There are many department stores inside the station operated by Tobu Corporation and Seibu corporation. There is no Shinkansen service at this station.
    Enjoy.
