I think jotaros is the best just due to the fact that while the others is a loud boom to let you know time is stopped, jotaros is an ear piercing screech that lets you know time ceases to move and nothing can even exist during that time
What killed it was the long delivery due to Star Platinum The World not being a very cohesive combo maybe should've delivered the words slower imo it's not bad but the sfx sounds goofy compared to the others but it's not that bad
I like to believe that Dio was slowly losing his vampiric powers due to the damage he received and the fresh human body he had to take. Jonathan's hamon slowly but surely weakened Dio's vampire powers, leading to the end result of the climax of his battle 100 years later. He even gets split in half again (Jonathan cut him with the sword) before exploding. If Dio kept his original body, he'd be able to stop time longer and more frequently due to having less injuries and a fully vampiric body.
ZA WARUDO is a solid 11/10. It's the OG, the coolest, the one with an introduction and build up. I would go as far as saying the world is the best stand to have ever existed.
Ain't no way you giving the world 7/10 DIO or Dio Brando is the most iconic epic screams and iconic voice acting in jojo because when he talk he laughingly say a word, which make him a fitting villain in jojo. He was the greatest true villain that's why he's laughing when talking to so many great and lucky destiny, he had so many crimes like animal abuse and many more. If you observe and DIO was voiced by that one guy who had the most epic screams in anime.
