I went one day. Got up at 2am. Drove to courthouse (6 miles away). Slept in line and people had food and warm drinks to share. Every person was wonderful.

I'm no expert by any means. But the handful of testimonies that i have seen from women who actually went through this type of abuse do not present themselves that way. Can't say I would know how one should react, but she just seems so... pitiful.. grasping at straws. Good actors will study reactions in real life and put it into their act.. she didn't even try to seem believable

I think she greatly resented being called as a witness; her job (fundamentally) is to "protect" her employer. And she was made to testify against her employer. That said, she wasn't going to lie for amber either.

Yes exactly. I have felt this recently. I watch from UK 🇬🇧 and COURT is my preferred channel of those covering this case. I initially liked Vinnie for his impartiality but recently have felt a definite support on the side of AH. Which is a disappointment as he obviously has a great deal of influence on viewers. Or am l imagining it?

Difficult. I’ve only started watching US news channels since this case started as l was fan of both Vanessa and Johnny when l lived in France. The case of Amber Heard slowly seeped through to me. Only heard bad stuff about her months before the trial got underway. I did actually get US comments about Markle though. It’s all very time consuming but seems we are hypnotized by it !

But imagine what would happen if this had been the situation;
Amber is obviously about to pass out. He says "here, hold this" and puts the ice cream cone in her hand. Seconds later she is 'out' and her hand drops, causing the ice cream to start to melt, down the front of her and onto her lap.
A gloppy mess, easily mistaken for vomit, from some angles.
Then he takes pictures of her. How many is anyone's guess.

The picture he selects is after the ice cream had mostly melted, and sends it to his buddy.

He lies saying "This is just one of many, many times she was like this" knowing it looks like she passed out and puked on herself.

"I sent my buddy the picture because he knows what I'm going though".

But media should always give both sides of the story and be unbiased in all matters, no matter who they personally favour...something that severely lacks in the media today...it always has to suit a narrative or agenda.

Highlight 14 was Depp's witness not Amber's. The judge raised the question about watching clips because Amber's friend Eve Barlow presented an Instagram post of Ms Deuters commenting on "the trial" which was then shown to the judge by Amber's lawyer. The date of that post had been removed by Barlow which related to the UK trial not the current one. By removing the date Barlow committed a fraud on the Court which is a serious matter. No other witness was asked "have you seen clips of the trial?" Ms Deuters had due to being tagged in on social media rather than searching for material.

Yes you're right, Gina Dueters was JD's witness (her husband is the one who JD exchanged text messages that were entered into evidence)
Eve Barlow was (for the first week, at least) sat behind AH's team in the front row. It was EB who 'found' the insta post which showed Gina D 'interaction' on Insta. I've read the trial transcripts & it very clearly says in the side-bars that the posts were 2 years old (presumably from the UK trial) that she had been tagged in. They (conveniently) had no date on them when shown to AH's team. Also Eve Barlow (a journalist) is or was a 'close' friend of AH was passing notes to AH & had her laptop opened up. So judge A told both teams that only legal teams allowed on the front row.
It's also worth noting that Ben Chew asked when this happened for Eve Barlow to be removed from the courtroom. The judge kinda dismissed it & leaned back in to the fact that only legal teams on the front row. I believe it was the next day, Eve Barlow was using her phone (again!) and was escorted out of the courtroom. Somehow she got back in & was seen AGAIN using her phone. She was escorted out this time by 3 security guards & banned from re-entering for the whole trial.
I'm sorry this reply is so long lol but I think it outlines just how shady AH's team & AH herself are!

Two things: I am here to see Depp/Heard trial scenes, not have Court TV try to sell me on watching their other stupid "breaking news" schlock or whatever else the company is trying to sell. Two: I only made it through part of #16 because your host has all the appeal of watching a dead shark lay on the beach. I remember hearing her say she's a judge, so maybe it's explainable in that it's likely people have to have a charisma-ectomy in order to become a judge, (although I really like Judge Jeanine and Judge Andrew Napolitano) but this host has less appeal than dry toast for breakfast.
