It is criminal to store explosives near a place where there are people, the safety distance being 800m which will not prevent windows from exploding. A thousand people inside but only a dozen cars in the parking lot.

The US and UK should tell the Russians that, if they hit targets far from the front lines again, Ukraine will be provided with MLRS missiles with a range of 200 miles (in stead of only 50 miles). That should be done if Russia hits targets more than 100 miles from the front lines. That would be fair. And it may prevent Russia from bombing places more in the west of Ukraine again.

A missile is 450kg of explosives.
450kg at 90m is an overpressure of 130mb, it will cause damage but not destruction.
If 20 tonnes of explosives are stored, the overpressure will be 936mb, even reinforced concrete cannot withstand it. It razed an industrial building without a hitch.
It is criminal to store explosives near a place where there are people, the safety distance being 800m which will not prevent windows from exploding.
