Guys.. how have you not heard Architects before, they're phenomenal. You need to watch their RUclips documentary about the twin brother who died.. they're an unbelievable band.
MORE MORE MORE! I couldn't care less which song you choose, but I LOVE every song from Architects... Thank you for the reaction! Greetings from Germany! T//S ♥ 🤘
Guys, Architects are probably THE biggest core band in the UK 😂 I haven't a clue how you've slept on them but excited for you to discover them with fresh eyes! Their singles Downfall and Gone with the Wind are the ones that I discovered dither with and are absolute bangers.
I used to play trumpet in my high schools marching band, so listening to this is just fuckin amazing and brings back so many fun memories. Also I do recommend listening to the original bc the original features vocals from Winston McCall the lead singer of Parkway Drive. Another side note marching band is what changed my life and is the reason for music being a major part of my life.
Since you asked about the orchestra I pulled the about section from their webpage “Parallax Orchestra was founded in 2015 by Will Harvey and Maddie Cutter. The idea was to formalise a group to bring together the best and most versatile musicians in order to work with high quality artists from across the musical spectrum. As well as being an orchestra made up of some of country's best musicians, Parallax Orchestra provide a session-player fixing and music arranging service with an ever-growing list of recording credits. Principal conductor Simon Dobson and artistic director Will Harvey, having spent much of their youth playing in rock and punk bands quickly carved out a niche for the orchestra by collaborating with musicians at the heavier end of the spectrum, and brought the orchestra to the Royal Albert hall for large-scale projects with UK metalcore band Bring Me The Horizon (April 2016) and US Hard-Rock band Alter Bridge (October 2017). Alongside rock music, the orchestra have appeared at Wembley Arena with Eminem & Clean Bandit for the 2017 MTV EMAs. In 2018 Parallax Orchestra branched out into the world of video game music with composer and guest conductor Andrew Skeet for Bethesda Studios and Warchild. Most recently (September 2020) Parallax Orchestra collaborated with designer Lee Broom, both recording and producing the music, as well as providing on-screen musicians for the promotional film ‘Maestro’: the designer’s take on the orchestral chair. As well as orchestral work, Parallax Orchestra provides orchestral session players to both international and domestic touring acts and have played on virtually all of the major London stages. In the studio we achieved a UK #1 album and Grammy nomination for ‘Amo’ by Bring Me The Horizon, and recently achieved a #1 album with Architects’ ‘For Those That Wish To Exist’. Parallax have provided studio musicians for orchestral and chamber sessions for publishers including UPM, KPM, EMI publishing, Ninja Tune, Premiumbeat, Felt and BMG and regularly work for acclaimed composers including Matt Nicholson and Rob Ellis (PJ Harvey, Marianne Faithful) and regularly provide session musicians for producer & composer Astraea for both her own creative projects and commercial ones, including adverts for Very.co.uk (Christmas 2019 campaign) and Standard Chartered/Liverpool Football club (2020). In the current climate we have also diversified into remote recording and have a database of over 100 musicians with high-quality home studio setups, so can offer just about any instrument. In addition we also organise regular shared ensemble recording sessions. Parallax Orchestra is conducted by Simon Dobson who is one of the primary arrangers for the ensemble and a three times British Composer award (BASCA) winner for his compositions.”
In the original there is a feature from Winston Mcall from Parkway Drive. I absolutely love this song!🤘Sam does a fantastic job on this live performance. But Winston... He's the next level☺️
Hi, what are the parts that Winston sings? I can't tell where he comes it to be honest. I would really like to know. In the original version of course.
@@Devilskiddo even the doomed refuse, we were born to loose, do you really wanna live forever? Cause those afraid to die will never truly live! I think it's pretty obvious. He has an instinct voice 👌☺️
Started to read the title as "Arch" and the world quickly wasn't who I thought Arch was going to turn into. I was hoping is was Archangel by Amaranthe which is a great reaction song, but their song "BOOM" is just much more fun, plus zombies
Late to your reaction by about 6 months.. but as an orchestral musician (bass trombone) I can tell you there are more metal fans in orchestras than you would think. I love metal.. (also play a Dingwall bass guitar). I work with a French horn player in the northeast US that’s a metal fan and a symphony conductor in the Southeast US who’s a HUGE metal fan.. and she conducted the BBC Proms at Royal Albert Hall last year 🤘🏻
Can you also react to P-pop, especially SB19 , 5 boys member , but they were the first Filipino group that was trained under Korean company....hope you react to them if you have time, thanks in advance to the both of you!❤️
Best Orchestral version of a track from the last album is ‘Animals’. Quite amazing how the orchestra makes the song sound even heavier than the original version. Its done with the same orchestra in abbey road.
As a listener to modern/classical music the orchestral music isn't too complex do technically it is another day compared some contemporary classical music. Septicflesh, a Greek death metal band did a live performance with a full orchestra and choir which is fascinating to listen to.
the original version of this song has a really really good feature from another band's singer leading into the breakdown, BUT this version might be even better

In for ‘Gone With The Wind’ it’s the baseline song for reacting to these guys.
