For all you confused viewers who don't understand anything, let me explain!
-Marinette has a twin brother in this animatic (Marin) because it's the Twins AU.
-Another reason why Mari has a brother is because I wanted to keep the storyline of this animatic as close to the musical this song is from (Dear Evan Hansen), where in this part, Evan (the main character) lies to Zoe (his crush and also the sister of the dead dude that Evan lies having a friendship with) that her brother thought she was 'awesome', etc. (which in fact are Evan's feelings towards Zoe).
-Chat plays the role of Evan, Marinette plays Zoe, and Marin plays Connor (Zoe's brother).
-Why didn't I use Adrien as Connor (Marin's role here)? Well Adrien never really fit Connor's role plus Adrien is already Chat (Evan) and Mari never really thought of Adrien as a brother, ya know? So that's why I used Marin for that role.
-Also Adrien knows Marinette is Ladybug in this animatic.

I have no idea what's going on but you've inspired me to watch the musical.
Mary L. Basically it's about this boy who pretends to be friends with a dead boy from his school to become close with the girl he has a crush on (the dead boy's sister). The story is really interesting but that's not the main plot, you should really check it out! The songs are really good and the story of the main character is somewhat relatble if you've had social anxiety before! 😊
