I had a TON of fun last night watching this. Your videos (and you) are just a joy to watch. Sometimes I don’t have the energy to do much myself and this is the next best thing. Love your positive vibes, so thanks for making this
@@MartinHeidenreichMusic I do not, but from what you’ve shown it seems like a very capable collection. I am definitely inspired by your good mood and cheerful presentation and will try to find some energy back to get back at it myself soon!
SO I suggest we keep Symphobia and our memories of good melodies warm....to be ready once melodies will be again fashionable. And of course use some of your very own libraries too 😉
Sorry, Martin, couldn't join you live. About 7/8, if it's in fast tempo, I find it useful and natural to count quarter notes (crotchets) as a 3/4 with little extra eighthnote "limp" on the third beat: 1-2-3-and, 1-2-3-and... I find that the best way to feel the groove if I'm playing live :-)

Thank you Doc, really appreciated! Do you have Symphonic Destruction? What are your thoughts about it?

Loved watching your process. Indeed, ProjectSam was ahead of its time, and melodies will come back at some point.

I'm watching this in small portions, a bit busy here, but it sounds really cool and badass, Martin! Thanks for sharing your process :-)
Thank you so much Thomas for your nice words, I really appreciate.

Interesting your way of counting, thanks! Will try that for sure
