I just received mine this afternoon and the power brick box was punctured just like yours, and the brick is cracked. I found my bike box on the porch standing on end, so the neck of the bike punched through the power brick.
Maybe they did that in the truck on the way to me aswell . You can message Aniioki on Facebook and sent then you're information from your purchase and they should send a new one within a couple weeks. I was told two weeks for delivery of my new charger . It's been very easy to work with the Aniioki Staff . Hope this information is helpful. Thanks for taking the time to check out the video 📹
Awesome looking bike. Too bad about that charger. It seems like all the big items get a little damaged. I ordered a huge ice chest and when it came some of the corners were caved in
Probably tomorrow, editing videos today . And rain was pushed off for tomorrow 😃👌 so Think it would be best for me time wise . Probably be around 6 pm .
