+Guido Lomanto actually i have heard that particular harmony or melodie whatever is the proper music theory name for that kind of progression of sounds in many japanese music so it stood out to me. I enjoy that particularity probably due to having played many japanese games with their soundtracks as a chIld. But i have heard it many different styles of music done by based nipon.

I much prefer Toe to Chon but Chon are definitely more technically skilled players. The live drums in Chon are REALLY lackluster but Toe fucking kill it live.
@Lolwutucrazy I mean, idk the actual skill of some of the members of Toe, but most of Chon's music is objectively more technically challenging. Toe play around with time signature stuff and all that math rock jazz but Chon shred in most of their songs.
