Okay so I have been searching for a way around this for a while now, read a lot of shitty articles and forum posts. I cannot believe this actually worked, it's so easy to do! Thank you for posting and showing us this workaround, I no longer have a $900 paperweight lying around.

That phone was very strange . I performed the PIN LOCKED SIM TRICK AS ALWAYS BUT when you click on the lock the notification bar doesn't show out.

If you DO NOT see "search" option then it means your phone has Android 9
And this works only on Android 10 devices. You may upgrade via Odin and then use this method.

@@frp i didnt either but cleared data and cache in bootlog menu and worked like a charm after that. Restart phone, hold power-volume up-and bixby buttons as soon as the screen goes black, until the samsung logo comes back up and the settings will be right next to each other about half way down. Volume up and down is directional buttons, power is enter.

Yo tenía el mismo problema. Lo tienes que flashear con un Bit 4 que no esté parchado, es decir un Bit 4 sin actualización. Después se eso te va trabajar el método del SIM. Si tienes dudas me respondes por aquí
