Thats one helluva days ride ! Hats off to your pops and Gaylin for hangin in there with the young guns! Enjoyed watching the whole Sturgis series of videos .
Pack run that many miles is demanding. You kicked ass and stayed up, that’s how it’s done. I’m catching up on your old content, good shit. That year the weather was suckin balls but you know how it is. WIND THERAPY all day long!
I watch you guys JUST to get in a better mood. And to keep me pushing my rebuild, lol. One thousand miles on a bike is NO JOKE. OG's, every one of you!
I know how you feel, i rocked a total of 2486 miles in one week on a sportster.. with a lot of french, swiss and italian alpine passes, hairpin bends paired with many tough climbs, descents and rain. Cheers from Europe & get home safe!
Each VLOG is such an adventure. I'm glued to the screen and anticipating all the excitement. There should be a million subscribers to hang out and enjoy the journey. Just simply awesome. I'm thinking a Netflix series would be just perfect. I'm in.
Another great vlog. All the folks at our local Harley dealer were not familiar with Thrashin, on youtube anyway. They've seen your parts on bike traded in, but they know about your channel now and the Born Free bike. I can not say enough about the "born free" build. It's not just dthe best Harley Davidson bike seen, but I think it's the best bike period. When we ran across it at Deadwood I just couldn't imagine the time (and money) it took to customize this Low Rider ST. However, on the other hand, like Juan I too am a BLACK AND CHROME GUY, if it ain't black and chrome it ain't a Harley. A new project for you, a black and chrome bike, but not plain black and chrome, but one using your ingenuity and forward thinking, a Thrashin CVO!
Solid Work Gents.. did this exact same line back in ‘15 Deadwood enroute to Dago.. came in short of the Grand, as we had my homies 17yr old son Chango with us who was on a 87 Honda Nighthawk.. got down to Cedar area and had to call it as his headlight was about as good as a mine lantern from the 1800’s.. kid wanted to push to Vegas and get the G but his pops and I called it as we couldn’t risk it rolling thru the Virgin River Gorge with that headlight.. much respect, a G isnt easy, extra props to your Pops n Gaylin showing the young bucks us old timers still got a few tricks up our sleeve. Thanks for a great ride, see you boys in 24’ Cheers 🍻
I rode these iron butt style things on a Dyna Wide Glide and it was soooooo cold I could not hold a cup of coffee at the end of it. My hands and body were just shaking like a Doberman shitting a bone! This is a formidable run!
You guys absolutely rock, been watching 2 lane life and finally found you guys! I’ve done a bun burner so I know how it feels to ride that many miles and the adrenaline after you finish. Keep the videos coming!
Great job guys. I did a long run in 2010. 1080 miles first day, 1050 second day,and 400 the third day. No rain but first day was 100 degrees. I am 73 now so that part is over.
Bro I did the same Sturgis,SD to Window Rock, AZ on the Navajo Nation in 18 hrs! I left Sturgis at 7am Monday last week and made it home by 1am on my bike! It was awesome! I pushed it 1000 mi! I survived, rain, cold, soaked, deer, elk, thunder and I made it home! Good job to you guys as well!
Love your videos, especially the Sturgis vlogs. These epic road trips are amazing and so well shot. The bikes flying through all of that natural beauty is mesmerizing. Also love seeing you guys partying and having fun when you're not riding haha! It reminds me of Top Gear except with Americans and Harleys and if this was a Netflix show I'd watch every episode. Hope to see you out on the road, maybe in Wisconsin, and buy Juan a shot :D
That’s so awesome. I just did an unofficial solo iron butt a couple months ago. Didn’t log any of it because I didn’t think I’d actually make it. Texas Gulf to Nebraska in 17 hours. I’ve talked about doing it in a group but that adds in a lot more variables with more people. So impressed that a group crushed those miles! Take it easy boys
Holy Crap Guys ! Much respect on that 1000+ mile ride, that's insane. not to mention the RAIN. good job on an amazing trip . I'm actually starting to like you guys. (long story lol) thanks for the journey .
What a fun video. We had to watch to the very end to see if you guys made to the 1000 miles mark. I hit 856 once but not 1k. Great job and glad you all made it safely.
I'm surprised you don't use Insta 360 to get a 360 shot and then edit to which footage you need. I tried using handheld gopro and it didn't go well. Looks like you are used to it and do a good job. I usually watch 2lane videos and just stumbled on this. My dog just had a surgery and I don't want to move or else he will follow me and fall down. Watched this entire Sturgis series in one sitting keeping an eye on my dog. Hopefully his anesthesia will wear off in few more hours. Gives me a chance to watch few more videos. Awesome job.
As always, you guys are rockin it man. Love the energy. Not sure if I should sell the Dyna or get some new Thrashin bars and get back after it. You guys are motivating me!
There have been 2 times I’ve dropped my bike since “learning to ride”. I mean, when I was new to big, heavy cruisers and learning the whole when to use which brake in tight turns at low speeds (years ago). Since, the only 2 times I’ve dropped my bike was 1) in front of the entrance to Daytona International Speedway during Bike Week. I either forgot to put my kickstand down when parking or it got hung on the heal of my boot and came back up as I parked. That was humbling. And, 2) stopping to get gas just after I left Sturgis heading East on the 90. There had to be at least 100 bikes in this station. I began driving away from the pump when I realized I had left my kickstand down. I looked down and tried to raise it up when I dropped it. This was also a humbling moment. For me, it always has to be when everybody is watching. At least nobody got it on video though. Also humbling.
Epic run guys, Wyoming is a trip I did that run, not 1000k tho! Saw your LRST builds in MKE for the 120 awesome, just got your red thrashin gloves in the mail today, rode with them 1.5 miles down the road for a pint, cheers to you guys ride on!
Thats one helluva days ride ! Hats off to your pops and Gaylin for hangin in there with the young guns! Enjoyed watching the whole Sturgis series of videos .
I read once that if you want to go fast, go alone; if you want to go far, go with others. Great crew did a great job. Be safe.
Pure truth 🇺🇸🇧🇷
Lance the kinda guy to drop his bike for the sake of the vlog and the best motorcycle content on RUclips 🤙 I appreciate all you guys do!
Thanks brother!!
Hell yea! Ride safe! But… can we get Juan to do a burnout? For the chat?🤙🤙

Getting my Sportster rebuilt to hit long treks myself. You just made my day.
