Just a question: there seem to be a few families living in the streets across the LC, so what's the point of dropping two concrete pillars on each side of the tracks and a "no transit" sign (with no additional description)? Do they have to walk all the way to their properties? I'm asking it because the road seems to be a dead end, and therefore there must be no way to drive a vehicle there (including bikes, unless you hand-carry them).
