Yes, please add the cabin life amongst the Bison video's.
I stayed at cabin 8, the canoe, in March of this year and loved it, went fishing every day and grilled out at the cabin every night, I will be back in the fall for sure
Did it smell like rotten eggs? I ask due to the town name.
@@ItsMeNanaD71 no absolutely not
Did you see any bears?
The famous Ed Kirkpatrick😊. Cool that you gave Houston his little 50 4-wheeler and the remote control fishing boat.
????
Wow, Dusty. How do you do it all? I am impressed. Teacher, coach, cabins, bison and other livestock...and I'm sure I'm leaving things out...You and your family are amazing...Love the channel. Thanks for your videos! God Bless!!
Wireless router. Lol. Don't call your renters customers, call them guest. Makes people feel more welcome. Now I know where to stay in Oklahoma. Now I need a plan for after harvest this fall.
I would love to see more of cabins. I will love to come down sometime it looks nice and peaceful there.
Oh I remember these cabins from Daniel and C. J cleaning them not seen finished project so I'm glad you made this video
DJ
@@wondernotlost779 I hate when it does that my phone has a mind of its own thank you tho
...Deejay...
Hey Dusty, I remember these cabins now Daniel brought us along when he was power washing them. You have a nice piece of land out there Dusty and cabin number 8 is absolutely gorgeous it's like an old-fashioned log cabin with a modern update. And 10 cabins are enough people want to get away and be by themselves but still have a close neighbor. Those cabins would make a nice little weekend getaway. I haven't been watching your channel very long but is there a difference between bison and buffalo I really don't know. If Eleanor has her calf are you going to do vlogs on her. So with that being said what's next for CTB--->Cross Timbers Bison😉 keep up the good work and see you in the next video🤔😊😉
I remember Daniel and his power washer, ..All the cabins look so nice, cedar ages beautifully.
Between family, a baby, teaching, coaching, bison and now cabins...brother, you've got your hands full!! Good for you!! Good luck and God bless.
That cabin you showed us was beautiful, yes please show more of your cabins, I knew right away what kind of bird that was, woodpecker they come to my bird feeder every day! Can't wait to see the baby bison!! :) take care all of you!!
I’d love to see more cabin life!! Your cabin is beautiful!
Dusty I have been waiting to see the cabins again. I watched when Daniel first introduced us to them. I would absolutely love to see videos of the cabins and cabin life. Also it will be wonderful to see the baby calves. Always enjoy you and your family. Also I think it’s a woodpecker. God bless you! Jean from Arizona 🌴🌞🌻🦎🌵🦂🐍
Nice cabins! Please do, show us more of them. They would be a nice place to go for a vacation.
Well somehow my girlfriend and I must have missed the episodes showing the cabins. Anyway after seeing them we made reservations for next year. Glad to see that you are booked pretty full
Looking forward to taking my girlfriend to Turner falls in the area.
Love the bison. Wish we were younger to take on a task such as homesteading. So vicariously through you and the arms family enjoying that part of Oklahoma via RUclips
His cabin website fearures each cabin with pictures of interiors and links to recreation in area..
Love the cabins. Love 💕 the knotty pine paneling. Not a cabin without knotty pine walls. My family bought a lake cabin in Idaho in the 1950’s. Dad remodeled it into a 3 bedroom year round home. He saved the original knotty pine walls and reused them as an accent wall. As you may know knotty pine gets prettier with age. I have great childhood memories of the 1950’s. Thanks for bringing the memories back. 🥰👶❤️
Two night minimum.. Cheapest is 280.00 for two night's even in "Off Season" A bit too pricy for my Daughter and I but they look lovely.
Good luck to you and your wife in all your endeavors . You're certainly mapping out a wonderful life for you and your's .
Awesome job with the cabins Dusty, they look great keep up the good work.
Yeah, it’s all good. So happy to have good people to watch.
what a lovely peaceful area would luv to see more
I've been waiting to see the updates. I saw the cabins when Daniel's family helped clean them & I was one who had asked you about what was going on with them. Thank you for the update. Wish we lived closer. I would love to stay there.
Really nice cabins.. I’d love to see more about the cabins
Cabins are beautiful! Enjoyed the entire video-- looks so peaceful...I’m in Texas in the snow storm all week. Highways are shut down- really a mess. Originally from the north- people down here don’t know how to drive in the stuff and no salt trucks! Makes you wonder where’s the money going? Also having rolling blackouts- governor is going to investigate why, as Texas has its own grid. Not connected to the rest of the country- wierd...Anyway, I’ve told roommate about Eleanor and now she’s watching. We’ve both have come to love Eleanor. You and your wife are sure blessed to have your health and have all this and your little girl is sweet..Thanks for posting.. When weather warms up, I’d like to visit. Thanks again.
Lived through that too in Dublin, Texas
Would love to see more of your cabins -along with the bison. 😊
Love the update. They are looking good..now baby updates....
Someone let the calf out of the bag this morning. Eleanor had her baby!! I’m so excited to meet her! The cabins look great-maybe come sometime- I’m in middle Tennessee. But my family live in OKC. Thanks for sharing, Dusty! Hope your family is doing well and happy!
I love this, wish we could come from Washington! I'm from Ada, Oklahoma, miss my Daddy and family so much!
DANIEL SHOWED US THE CABINS A WHILE BACK, TAKE US ALONG
Yes, would like to see both the bison and the cabins in the winter snow in 🥶🥶
I'm very impressed with you and your wife taking on such a massive but wonderfully ❤ beautiful 😍 project!!! The nice cascade of trees leading down to the waterside is absolutely Stunning!!!
Those are some of the most well kept modernized cabins with everything that a person could possibly want for comforts away from home!! I am going to put the word out for ppl wanting to get away. Do you have fishing poles available? Does the state allow daily fishing permits for out of state folks? Thanks for taking us on the tour of your cabins as it was very enlightening to see a place that you can rent where the owners 😀 take great pride in their business 👍!! Dusty, you are a very humble but super busy man 👨 with a very supportive wife!!
Looking forward 👌 to the update on Eleanor and the Bison!!
Yes please the cabins are suited for these uncertain times.
Great addition Dusty. Luv u and your wife's Channel. My Motto Live Godly, Work Hard, Abundant Blessings. Thanks for Sharing!
Bison on the East Side of Sulphur, cabins on the West Side, two minutes from Arbuckle Lake, or "Lake of the Arbuckles" lol I've scanned EVERY farm on every street and country road East of downtown Sulphur, Oklahoma, and STILL can't seem to find those two blue grain silos on the Bison ranch on Google Earth.
It's been HOURS of scanning!
(maybe I shouldn't get caught up on some chores lol ya think?!)👍😇
ABSOLUTELY beautiful in Sulphur, Oklahoma. Y'all's cabins are calling our names! We will definitely be in touch! Can't wait. BTW y'all are doing a FANTASTIC job! Keep it up. We're lovin it!!!
Can't wait!
My goodness! I'm going out of my mind. I'm an experienced tent camper of about 15 years and these cabins are a welcome sight. Our 60 anniversary is coming up in a year or two and maybe I can work something out. I need to do some research to make sure they are open in late February. Glad to see you are keeping us up on the Bison. I'm waiting on Eleanor to have that baby. This is getting to be REALLY exciting!
Its a year later and I am reading your comment about your 60th Anniversary. I hope you got to stay @the cabin to celebrate. Best Wishes to you for many more happy years 💝. These cabins are a far cry from the one my folks and I stayed in @ Old Faithful in Yellowstone in 1950. It was a tiny one room with a tiny potbelly stove.
Great video! I’d love to see more cabin stuff.👍🏻
Loved hearing about your cabins. I wish the best of everything in your new adventure
Would really like to see more of your cabin videos
The cabins and bison are all part of the your life, so what ever you’re doing is good to see. I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, so when you videos what is happening in your life, then we to travel and see different things. Your doing a good job on your videos.
Your passion is so fantastic = goof for you & your family - your kids are so lucky, when they are older they'll thoroughly love & enjoy the outdoors because of you - WTG
Someone commented how do you do all of this. I don't think I could do all of these things bison cabins working children. Happiness is all over your face. Do love watching your bisons
Great Work Dusty , I wish I Could Come And Enjoy. Nice Video and thanks for sharing.
Hi Dusty! My cousin has Bison and just bought 12 cabins for rental in the Paradise Valley near Gardiner, Montana. So many similarities...
Please show more, I need a vacation!! I absolutely Love Cedar Wood. And being able to relax!!
hi Dusty, AWESOME!!! great looking cabins!! nice and wise investment, would love to see more videos, be safe , thank you
Good luck with them! I grew up in rural Pennsylvania, near Allegheny National Forrest, and our family spent many, many days camping, canoeing, swimming (in the creek and Clarion river) and having cookouts. It was the best way to grow up. No internet, no tv, no cell phones. Just family and fun. I wish you all the best with them!
I went to school, and lived in Davis back in the 70's into the 80's wish they were there then....I need to come back for a visit...
We'll be making reservations soon! A fun place to stay on our way to Stillwater to watch OSU games this fall
GO POKES!
Love the cabins, love the lake. Love your vids. Keep the hard work going, stay well.
I believe the cabins are a wonderful addition to you channel. Something we wanted to do when we had good health and were younger. Both of us are 73 years old now so will enjoy it through you. Thank you and God bless.
Loved this as much as the BISON Dusty the fireplace in that one cabin made me think of CABIN 1 up in Spooner WISCONSIN have gone to it since I was 11 yrs old haven't gone to a cabin for awhile now and miss it DEARLY!!!
You should really consider doing some bison tours for the people who come and stay at your cabins.....they would love that!
It’s in the works
Awesome.
What a lovely place, so inviting and peaceful. I can picture a big family reunion. We would have so much fun, visiting each other’s cabin, ,sitting by the fire @ night, barbeque for the whole gang..grilling fish caught in the lake.. Morning coffee on the deck, , watching the birds @the feeders. The elders are all crossed over now, , I am the elder now, but I can dream of the old days. Life goes by so quickly..so enjoy each day and each other. ❤️😎
Just found your channel. LOVE cabin life! Used to work at a wildlife refuge so I love seeing the bison.
Sure thing show us more of the cabins along with the bison. We will visit ya one dy soon and now we know where to stay. The cabins are beautiful.
Hi Dusty ,the cabin is awesome and beautiful. It do looks peaceful out there. You are a care taker for your lovely 👪 and those adorable bison . Keep up the 👍 work! I 💘 your channel and your 👪 too.
Bird could be a “ Green Woodpecker” 👍🥰🐾well I got the “ Woodpecker” bit right lol beautiful bird none the less. Love watching your videos, I’m in the UK and I love to see your gorgeous countryside 👍🥰🐾
I'd love to see and hear about your latest venture. Love those bison. The cabins are beautiful, nicely decorated. Keep the videos coming.
Beautiful cabins what a cool set up next to the water and all the beautiful trees .
Yes I will Watch the handyman 😃
Very nice I will have to make a trip
Don't forget those who stay at your wonderful cabins are your guests. Great place with beautiful cabins always filled with guests. With some peace,
what do i think about more Cabin Life?.... ♥♥♥♥♥ . Dusty in 1963 at age 11 i spent my summers away from home working in River Grove Park in Felton, Calif. ,every summer until about 1975,even as an Elite athlete i would pass on meet's or tournaments that fell on Holidays, i could put down 5000 words of the good times and maybe the most embarrassing of my life, evenings around the community firepit & dance floor the juke box had big bang and the current hit's and there were always several guitars and singing when 10 p.m hit and jukebox went silent, those are still my favorite memories todat at 70,....so where is the juke box, fire pit & dance floor? (and Bar) watching this video was a whirlwind of great memories and the songs we sang ,and the cabin which was reserved for the famliy kids and a couple like me.....Cabin 8
Dusty, these cabins are really awesome! Keep the cabin life coming!
The bird is a "red bellied woodpecker" 💛
Really like the Cabin. Best wishes on your endeavor.
Beautiful. Excellent tour.
I think this was a great idea. This vid is over a year old so I pray all things are going GREAT! Good job! I hope one day I can visit.
What a great investment. Boy if I was a little more able to travel I would absolutely stop in. I grew up vacationing at a neighbor's cabin in the Pocono in Pennsylvania.
I actually rented a cabin like this for my honeymoon. Little cabin in the woods with a fireplace. It was very romantic. The cabins were each named after a type of bird which I thought was neat.
Good luck on your new venture! I hope it brings you years of enjoyment.
I love ❤️ Oklahoma so much… lived in Southern California for 20 years, now I’m back Illinois drove the interstate across country several times. In 2020/2021 during a long fight with breast cancer your videos were a wonderfully hopeful distraction. I’m going back to watch the older ones. Just decided to put visiting your cabins on my new bucket list! I have loved bison 🦬 since I first saw them in person grazing along side the interstate…
Very nice Dusty.
Beautifully kept and inviting.
We might be driving down to texas soon sometime in September to get my mom might check them out. 🙃🙃
Oh yeah. Please show us more on the cabins. Would love to see it 👌👌👌
I really enjoyed seeing the cabins ! May GOD BLESS you and your family. Stay safe
Yes would love to see all the themes for the 10 cabins. We were going to do 5 with community kitchen and bath house. Hopefully to help keep any chance of fire down.
I love that I may be checking you out soon I’m looking for property myself I haven’t got into the video that far hope you gave the name of it thanks for what you’re doing on the Buffalo
I love your cabins. I love your cedar. They are beautiful. I m excited about seeing all your different cabins.
Love the cabins. We had a cabin through out my childhood. My Grandfather built it.
Best to you in your new adventure bless you
Wow Dusty
Your cabin is beautiful
Dusty you are doing a great job at fixing up the cabins. Such a wonderful place for a get a way. Thanks!
Thanks 👍
Yes, show us the cabins!!! Such a great investment. You should also show/take us to things around the cabin location. This way we all can plan our trips. 🤗
This is so great! Would like to visit sometime. What a wonderful area, and at a National park and protected. I watch your videos, so interested in the bison. Went to Custer State park this summer and loved watching the bison! Then your videos came up on U tube.
Dusty …. That is really nice …. The cabin! I was not aware that you had those. Congrads
If you ever get a piece of say old wooden furniture to bring it back to life just rub on plain cooking oil. Sounds crazy but it works.
I got a dresser from a Victorian home & I talked them down to $250. cause it was in rough shape, it had some mold on it & they were actully going to throw it out till I took an interrest in it.
They brought it to my apt. I cleaned it up useing the cooking oil and will put shoe polish on it and rub that in by hand. But when I showed them pictures of it they sure were surprised. 😁 My 1860's dresser came out beautiful.
I made another killing on a Secretary! I wish I could show you pics on that. I was honest and tried to tell the folks they didn't have a replica but they just said give us two hundred and it's yours, it was in rough sharp as well so I bought it in a heartbeat ! IF you look at the legs and see a big round ball and well defined claws you know it's from way back, plus the real ones have a hidden compartment in it and mine has. My Scottish grandfather knew about woodworking and taught me alot. He also had a farm and loved his animals and would play his accordion and the cows and horses would come running up to him when he would play. It was fun to see the cows run outside of the barn in the sprinf after a long winter and they'd hop around in the paster in the new green grass. Those are wonderful memories I will never forget.
I learned the hardway NOT to take eggs out of the hen house when the rooster is there😄😃😂😁 You get pecked alot.
I'm from Michigan. My husband's family rented cottages on Black Lake plus they had a party store with living quarters , which is where his family lived. Here in Michigan rentals are on a lake. We have water all around. The Great Lakes and the hundreds of smaller lakes. The rentals will keep you busy. Looks like a nice rental property you have there
I LOVE the idea you are such a people person & you make all your videos interesting I think this could be a great idea as long as you get the right people
Awesome!!!!!! Dusty you are on the right track!! Everyone should think about what the example this Family is giving you. To have your wife on board wanting you to do this is another awsome +! I too have rentals and yes they are a lot of work. But so rewarding! You are on your way to being wealthy by serving others! I’m very proud of you all. All viewers of this channel listen to each video. There are lessons to be learned here. This Nation of ours needs more people of this caliber. Sure you’ll get a spanking every now and then but that’s part of growing and learning. A failure is worth more than a success as long as you learn from it. Keep on keeping on Dusty and Family!
Great video you should offer feeding the bisons.
I would come and feed them
Thank you for sharing. I wish I traveled. I'm travel phobic. Can't explain. But love all the videos. Bison and all.
Really enjoyed this video. Love doing things like this never stayed in a cabin but man I'm going to keep your place in mind. Yes I would love to see all the cabins
Bird is a woodpecker. Yes share your cabins and updates it’s your channel cabin life is great, I’ve stayed in Tennessee Smoky Mountains cabins
I hope you are a fireman as well to make sure you have your roofs fitted with sprinkler systems. the nice tree coverage also comes a fire risk. Sorry had to say it but seen too may buildings burn up without a proper fire clearance around them.

Please add more Cabin life. Love and Hugs from Sapulpa, Oklahoma
Beautiful place. I almost took a job in Ada ...wish I had now. I would love to spend a week or two in a cabin. You and wife have done well!
I am loving the 10 cabin compound. I wanted to buy cabins but for my two adult kids and I and some friends and make it into a friends and family home compound with a community garden and kitchen if we all wanted to eat together. I look forward to seeing more of your cabin video's!
You never know, might find my way to Sulphur,Oklahoma. The lake looks beautiful. Love the little cabins.
The siding is charred or burnt wood siding. What a wonderful business. Thank you for sharing!
