China with no Visa and no bags TPE-PVG China Eastern Airways

I finally went to Shanghai and visited the city, it was an interesting experience. Immigration was pretty easy, there's a special 144 hour transit visa counter which was not busy at all, like 1 person at any one time in the line. The staff were nice and accepting of my screen shots of the hotel address, onward flight PDF. It's important to screenshot all this before coming. I went with my tourist hong kong sim card in my phone so I wasn't able to use the wifi using SMS so I took the metro with just screen shots that I made of the start and finish points, matching it up with the chinese on the maps, i did make a mistake of getting off at shanghai outdoor stadium instead of indoor stadium station but that was only one stop and the fair is 4 RMB about 50p.
