The frontman usually gets more attention the other guys probably do alright for themselves and not everyone wants all the focus on them all the time it's more pressure then he has to worry about his outfits and hair more being charming so as not to offend the fan girls. It's more work.
They were honest and mature in the 20s. Adam had a problem he dealt with it they went back to work so why anyone would talk about them badly in their 40s makes no sense imo. Just see them for who they really are.
For anyone who's seen them live: do they do songs like Let You Down or Burn or Overrated anymore cause the only performances of those songs I've seen are from a performance in Brazil and I don't really like them cause I could tell that Adam wasn't exactly himself when he performed at the time I am so glad he stopped using drugs Behind the Pain is an amazing documentary 3DG RULES!

They seemed like normal boys though played hockey sometimes like other boys smoked pot had drinks on weekends like 90% of other teens in town. I don't know when Adam started popping pills though I moved out of Peterborough away from the drug scene there before it got bad.

Cigarettes don't impair them like drugs or alcohol do. Most of our parents smoked so we all did too. It was a social thing still in the 90s.
