2:55 The most obvious reason to eject the arm would be due to critical damage that makes it just a useless extra weight. ...This is a mobile suit that stores missiles in its arms, so there are pretty obvious malfunctions that could happen. Possibly, an enemy bullet hit the missile arm, blew up the missiles, and all that was left was a blown out forearm. Might as well dispose of it then.
If you want an acguy, you are looking for a big blocky zeon potato to be menacing at the gundams you put into cool dodge poses. This kit can do that wonderfully, since the double extended arm can do a great long claw to reach out- that gives it plenty of presence and it could be used to threaten something like an entire group of GMs in a scene (one caught/about to be caught, two dodging left or right, maybe another behind. You could make a great scene with an MS 8 style team.
I'm gonna be getting one of these sometime soon. I really like the Acguy. I'm impressed that it seems to be fully colour-accurate. It doesn't look like there are any real seam lines on it either. It's a simple suit design, sure, but it's genuinely impressive that a HG - especially a HG this old - has so few seam lines and colour inaccuracies. Bandai clearly put their backs into this one.
12:26 That's because this Acguy is modeled after the OG in Mobile Suit Gundam, but includes the part from the 83 MS team. Also, the claw is called "Iron Nail"
The head guns were always impressive. Four guns, each the same caliber as the GM submachine gun. Think on that. Four of them. Shredding GMs. 105mm cannons. Not really vulcans, cause one barrel.
your monoeye is kinda loose when stationed in the center... mine is just right, although because of it I had a hard time to move it on the upward track...
i wish japanese hobbylists start concerning about worldwide consumers. they are more precious and put alot of efforts on each parts. i mean most of people there. they have very high standard living. this kit is considered good for its time. i think kits from 2006 improved dramatically . i have no complain on this kit and i admire it many ways. this kit has inner parts which is alike MG in a case. you can see the detail under armors which i haven't seen from my built 15 HGUC kits. it will stand nice on that factory scene set if it fits in for it is abit meaty. and the movable eye inside a skull like clear cover is another big plus... and part colors are separated; it looks nice without any needed color spot like ex, gogg's legs or most parts of hy gogg. and it has some weight because as i mentioned it has some inner parts. and for the price cheaper than average HG, i would appreciate the crafter of this kit.
so, I wanna make the thunderbolt version of this kit, the one from the anime, and I wanted to kitbash this with something, but I do not know which kit to use?? I just want to make the machine gun version.
Yeah, so many thunderbolt mobile suits need to be made into kits. Just don’t know if Bandai’s still going to make any since it’s not really relevant at the moment.
Good kit. Is it me; or is the intro music slightly slower than normal? I am also sick of all the Bearguys that Bandai keep pumping out. They're not even that cute.
The only variation with the Petitguys is the accessory they come with. And now there are Dog/Cat molds for them to Mass-Produce. It'll be the end of The Federation! Memes.

I'm just thinking the same dude, daamn, waiting is suck
@@bsbolte They are probably holding off to milk us later. Would be sad if it became a P-Bandai.
I’m shocked that they haven’t just to make it into a new bearguy
We need that along with all the types like the fire power type and the high mobility type the one with a heat hawk
Honestly you sold me on this kit, definitely gonna order it
My fav mobile suit, i use to play him in ps1 lmao

Still want a thunderbolt kit of all the different acguys in it and the gogg and zgok are zock all the redesigned suits looked awesome
I like the marine types too, but I like the Zaku types the most though. The Zaku Mariner is cool and the Zogok
Im watching a review of a model of myself lol
Ayo I just bought you earlier

Imo weapons that are in the suit are always the coolest. Juaggu, Zogok, Gogg etc. Cool weapons, unique designs.
Hopefully they make the alternate version that was in Thunderbolt.
sand the ball joint a little. not to the point that its really loose. so you can swap parts easily....
probably the socket loosen up...
your monoeye is kinda loose when stationed in the center... mine is just right, although because of it I had a hard time to move it on the upward track...
We need Acguy from Thunderbolt more than anything.

speaking of beargguy I have one
NOOOOOO!!
Why you be hating on the bearguy its just the acguy with a bear head
@@cheeseburger3881 wow
the head on mine comes off like its not even attached to the neck
Good kit.

A turban is a hat it's turbine
Turbans on the feet
Are the Acguy’s legs backwards?
more accurately the lower leg/shin armor is swopped, the longer side of the armor is meant to be on the outside
