This is the theme that seems to be recurring. The model makers are investing huge amounts into models that seem to be unique for a very short amount of time. How does the ROI look in the longer term? I don't think i have ever seen a technology space commoditize itself so fast. This is why auto manufacturing is where China seems to be accelerating its abilities. I think teh new govt in the USA has recognised this and realised this is the new cold war front line. Maybe being in Africa will be an advantage, we don't feature so we can stay under the radar and get the best of both? Lets see...
I’d love to see some tasks in operator that involves it having conversations with Gemini and Deepseek R1. Something like “consult X & Y to find the optimal way to solve Z task”.
That’s an intriguing idea! Having AI agents like Operator converse with each other could create some fascinating synergies. Imagine the brainstorming sessions! It would be like a tech conference where everyone actually listens to each other-minus the coffee breaks. Exploring how they tackle complex problems together could lead to innovative solutions. Let’s keep that on the radar for future demos!
I'm someone looking to stay up to date with the different topics of ai (automation, llms, video/image generation) while minimizing my time investment. Your video was very helpful with that, and I didn't know it was some sort of series (if I understood correctly). That's why I would recommend having the name of the series in the tittle of the video so it's easy to follow and find these videos in between the others you post on your channel
I really enjoy the video style and your presentation style. No clickbait, just pragmatic reviews. I am here to learn, and that is what i am achieving. I again clicked on the Jon the community tab, and one day shortly I could see myself joining, at least for a month. The only reason for hesitation is the concern that my use cases will be a small slice of the content there. That is cool because i want to learn, but i am good at looking at stuff i will likely never use. So its on me, i know i am good at wasting my own time. But hey Igor, love the work, and this is my go-to source to keep up (or at least try to) with all things ai. My domain is sales technology and pricing. i am the ceo of a small software business, so anything for efficiency, coding for nontechies, and price optimization (our solution domain) is of great interest to me. Note that i am always trying to link the generic content to my own circumstances, I am not expecting a price optimization video from this channel.
Your work is incredible! Your videos make AI so accessible and practical-they’re exactly what we need in this rapidly evolving world. Please keep sharing your knowledge; you’re truly making a meaningful difference for humanity and empowering us all to thrive with technology. Don’t let negativity distract you-your impact speaks for itself. Thank you for all you do!
Igor, I suggest that you hold an emergency open office meeting this weekend for your AI Advantage community. This meeting should focus on discussing and reviewing both the OpenAI Operator and DeepSeek-R1. I believe that the OpenAI Operator, in particular, warrants an urgent town hall meeting for your paid community.
That's an interesting idea! An open office meeting could really spark some valuable discussions, especially with tools like the OpenAI Operator making waves. It’s always good to gauge community insights on new tech. Just imagine the brainstorming-could be a real game-changer! Let’s see if we can schedule something that fits everyone’s calendar!
It’s great to hear from someone who's been on this journey since the ChatGPT days! Your support fuels the AI adventure, and I promise there are even more exciting developments on the horizon. Who knows, maybe one day we'll have AI that can do our laundry too! Keep exploring with us!
Found your channel a few months ago. I am not that deep into the ai space just used it before for general stuff. Now with your infos and custom GPT builder that you mentioned in one of your videos I am actually making my life easier 👌🏼 thank you for the videos! Would love to see your notion setup 🙏🏼 (I am a a marketer running Reddit campaigns globally for many industries)
I’m really enjoying these videos, there is so much going on in the AI space right now and your channel is summing these topics up and providing good information
This channel is how I keep up to date. I think it's great! 😃 As for the format it works well for me and as for content and focus I like the mix of use cases.
Watch these so I can stay up to date on what's going on in the ai world and understand how I can use the tools in my job and life. The structure and topics you cover are great.
This is the best channel by far, for practical AI use, and that comes from someone who spends at least 2 hours a day watching AI news and works with AI for a living.
Good job man. I've been predicting Generative Ai Video for nearly a decade, before anyone was talking about it, and before Life 3.0 was published. I am super excite over this!!! I plan on using it to make 216 episodes of a Saga I've been working on. The tech should be mature within 2-3 years.
Thanks! Very interesting! I aim to understand these developments - which happen SO FAST! that it's hard to keep up. So for now, I will just watch as you update us.
actually, with the relax-a-thon happening, midjourney kind of is unlimited on a 10.00 plan until they dedicate the power to something else... ;) temporary, but SO worthwhile.
Great content, would love to see more Enterprise level content. What are the applications for b2b enterprise focused solutions. SDRs, Sales Executives, maybe even the managers of these teams.
Great video as usual, Igor 👌🏻 Please ignore any negative comments. You and the team are doing a great job. To me and I'm sure to many, you are among the top 5 RUclipsrs in the AI domain, which is a remarkable achievement and definitely came out of extraordinary efforts and passion in this field. Keep it up, man🤜🏻🤛🏼
I show pictures to Claude 3.5 and ask it to create prompts for image generators. I can have it provide a prompt combining elements of three photos. It’s a really great way to work
When it comes to the structure of the videos-I absolutely love it! The way everything is organized by sections (LLM, images, video, 3D, etc.) is super convenient and well thought out. Perhaps it might be worth slightly reducing the focus on image and video generation tools unless, of course, there are some truly groundbreaking advancements. Overall, though, the balance feels spot on. I’m especially interested in the section covering real-world applications and case studies-those insights are incredibly valuable. And your personal thoughts and reflections? They add a unique touch, so definitely keep them coming! P.S. I hope you don’t think I used AI to write this comment. 😄
Cool video, thanks for making more people aware of the free and open-source models out there. However, I discovered some flaws in the video: 1) You need to sign up in order to use the DeepSeek AI web interface. 2) You are not limited to 50 messages a day; I put through 200 messages to R1 today alone. 3) It's worth mentioning that the model is from a Chinese company and on its own is already censored on specific topics. On the free web interface, it's even more heavily censored with additional filters layered on top. Besides that, they most likely use the free information to train new models, so be aware of this when you put in your personal details there.
1) You have plenty of other APIs with the same model available(Openrouter, Huggingface, etc.) 2) You can download your own model and run it locally with no restrictions at all since it's open source. 3) The words are being censored by the Chinese website, not the model itself. There are plenty of examples where you can ask Tiananmen and other sensitive issues related to the CCP, and it answers just fine.
I am an architect and would love to see image generators that are best for my field! Specifically for landscape architecture (no, not gardening or horticulture)! I would greatly appreciate it! Use Perplexity to understand more about my field and how it relates to civil engineering then do some research on the best AI tools to help with our workflow. Without us there would be no infrastructure!
I am listening to you right now where you ask for feedback. Ok, here you have it : show us more practical use cases. Do not compress "50" news into one video. You have my attention, don't worry but as a "normal" user, it is overwhelming sometimes. Keep up the good work. Greetings from Portugal
feedback: i mean, come on, you inspired me to start a youtube channel on ai in turkish. im waiting for my equipment to be shipped. so yeah, i very much i like your content igor
Ahhh I be givin ya sum luv Igor. 🐝 😅. (Jamaican accent) It’s a cold world sometimes - especially for people who have never felt loved … people are just projecting onto you sweetie. Don’t take any of it personally. 💕
i cant wait to see an extensive use cases for ai operators I can imagine the potential but I need to see it can it scrape the web with apify, can we include it in make automation, can it manage your e-commerce and let you know when you about to run out of an item....things like that
Personally I use AI LLM's for coding 99% of my use case, would it be possible to do some videos on that? most people don't. Best ways to use it, prompts, tips etc I feel like the way you talk to LLM's really impact on how much he can do. Just an idea.
I’m very interested in the use cases of AI automation within businesses. I was skeptical for a while with security concerns until deep seek allowing it to be localized. Anyone have any thoughts on this or doing specific use cases in this area?
Yeah the hardware limitations are very real but DeepSeek is easier to run than most models before it. There are different sizes though so I would try giving the 7B version a shot. I do have to add that it unleashes its real power at the 32B size and beyond.
Hello brother. Here is my comment, your tools are helping on the most important case of my life. I feel like I gained superpowers. LIke I was Tony Stark and now you gave me my Ironman suit.
Create a video showing how to create your own app or software using AI as the core of the project. Not just using AI to build the app, but AI as the main feature for the end user. This is probably something that some people in this channel are looking for. Create an app based on AI like the ones that are in the market like Midjourney, Perplexity, etc. Show the costs we may face to build an app like that.
My greatest need is to figure out how to get the best coding model to work on a limited hardware machine in the way the Github copilot works. I need it to be able to reference and change my code. Now it's limited and then I end up copy/pasting between the different AI chat webs.
And another way of improving, the show would be to actually show a used case and see where the limits are, what problems arise, and so on. It’s nice to just glance at the examples given from the manufacturer, but in reality when you wanna use it it fails horribly. So an actual usage of a generator or a thinking model would be very appreciated.
10:45. On the pricing though, I think what you didn't make clear is that the unlimited monthly plan $95 is also UNLIMITED video generations, not just access to the image generator. MidJourney does not even offer video generation, if they did, their price would be similar. We have to remember that RUNWAY is first and foremost a video generator. So if you need to create vids, and want an image addon, then the pricing not be too bad. If you just want images, and have no need for video, then yes of course, there are better and cheaper options for standalone image generators
Maybe a dumb question, but generative AI uses a LOT of electricity, right? Does that mean if I run AI locally, my electricity bill will go up significantly?
Can we have more polls? Much more. You'll receive a lot of feedback. Poll: Did Igor dedicate the right amount of time for LLMS, Image and animation in this video?...
So what happen with GROK and Elon who keep on talking bad things to open ai being not open source. does he even comment and praise deepseek open source? or he start to talk like politician as he is part of trump team....instead of talking about better AI for human being...
give actual use cases for business and introduce different tools that can solve specific problems in different industries, i don't wanna know benchmarks, i wanna know how those benchmarks effect the result when im actually using it, also please cover coding llm's more
Nice video...that 3D ai model is 🔥, it could save me a lot of money, money I'd have paid 3d artist to make game characters for me, now I can just generate characters & focus on coding 😊
I am with you from your first 1000 suscribers and yeah, I never left a comment, but have to say, there is no one with the same compassion and understanding of the ai field like you. thank you for all that time you put into this. like if I want to know what is going on about AI rn, I always go to your channel first, no question asked. cheers
It's true, the AI landscape is rapidly evolving, and not every release hits the mark! 😅 While some tools might feel like "mini garbages," they often pave the way for more innovative solutions. Remember, every great invention started as an experiment-let’s hope these mini versions grow up to be giants!
But it’s just not true with the comments. I have been making videos since I am 12 and I am ultra extroverted and I am genuinely curious what all the viewers make of these tools I spend my time with. Thumbnails and Titles? Different story, we absolutely do those for the algorithm.
how do you explain the "problem of evil" - all the suffering we see in the world every day? Natural disasters, all the genetic diseases, crime and terrorism, etc. Are you even a real person or am i talking to a bot -.-
DeepSeek is the real Open AI.
Is this time to change the name to "Close AI" 🗿
Honestly, they should be forced to rename it, as there is absolutely nothing open about OpenAI anymore.
Definitely, why are they even called open ai? Deepseek is more of an openai company than openai itself
OpenAI used to be open with gpt2 and 3 but now they need to be ClosedAI
Ya fr sur.
Open AI Artificial Intelligence To Close AI Artificial Intelligence 😂😂😂

US: start a 500B Ai project. China: start a 550M Ai project, and even better in math...

Super thank you for all the energy dude.
This is going to be wild and fun.
Automations is what is big and to grasp workflows would be epic. 🤘🏽
I’d probably use the image generation to create funny b-roll for my ads.

lol I was literally thinking that before that last sentence. Nice mind reading
I d love to see how exactly we can run those models locally and what hardware will they require 😊 thx
ollama run deepseek-r1
@zhazhaji already tried that one w/ huggingface I d love to see something more like image generation or voice to text models locally
I love your stuff man it’s awesome. I look forward to your videos. Is there a way to get access to veo2 other than the waitlist?
Thanky you! Unfortunately outside of early access Google gave to a handful
of people, no.
Cool video, thanks for making more people aware of the free and open-source models out there. However, I discovered some flaws in the video:
1) You need to sign up in order to use the DeepSeek AI web interface.
2) You are not limited to 50 messages a day; I put through 200 messages to R1 today alone.
3) It's worth mentioning that the model is from a Chinese company and on its own is already censored on specific topics. Great Video Igor. Thank you for the work. 13:34 but this dog is eindeutig a "Dackel" 😂
I was wondering too. Dachshund 😂😂😂
Open AI Operator is so exciting. One of the best creators out there regarding AI.
But worth 200$ a month? That is just absurd
This is a comment to help the algo, you deserve it.
Great video brother !!
Sir, thank you for making such fantastic videos.
Great coverage of AI. Keep up the good work!
THOSE AI IMAGES ARE JUST WOW
Please Keep uploading the such informative videos!
We are very thankful to you for that!
Love from Pakistan
Please make a video taking a deeper insight on deepseek R1
I am an architect and would love to see image generators that are best for my field! Specifically for landscape architecture (no, not gardening or horticulture)! I would greatly appreciate it! Use Perplexity to understand more about my field and how it relates to civil engineering then do some research on the best AI tools to help with our workflow. Super interested in the Operator speaking to notion complete breakdown video

Ty for another great video Igor! :)
i cant wait to see an extensive use cases for ai operators I can imagine the potential but I need to see it
can it scrape the web with apify, can we include it in make automation, can it manage your e-commerce and let you know when you about to run out of an item....things like that

bro i dont know if you have heard it before but you look like iman gadzhi with a wig!! i love your content
ahaha not the first person to say that
More image / video tools please!
Can this be used for stock market or making money in crypto?
Great Video! I would love to know hoe to use Deep Seek in my computer, is hard to learn?
Super easy. acheck out lm studio or ollama tutorials
We already got a AI armed race going on. Can’t wait for the robots.
You rock dude. I may not comment but i watch and i dig
I’m very interested in the use cases of AI automation within businesses. I was skeptical for a while with security concerns until deep seek allowing it to be localized. Anyone have any thoughts on this or doing specific use cases in this area?
If you had a skool group that taught how to set up automations, I’d pay! 😊
Keep going 💙
#deepseek thank you for giving the code to everyone for free!
Please share user case one at a time. Step by step!
Isn’t there a limit for running those big models locally on my own computer, or are the GPUs nowadays good enough to host those models alone?

AI is evolving so fast it's insane! 🤯 Open-source models like DeepSeek-R1 are game-changers, but do you think OpenAI will still dominate?
Sending my heart❤ because of the cats
Maybe a dumb question, but generative AI uses a LOT of electricity, right? Does that mean if I run AI locally, my electricity bill will go up significantly?
Good one.
Great vid
Is there anyway to invest in deepseek? Do they have a coin?
no all free
Does anyone know what the context window for r1?
Hey what chair are you sitting in. I’m lookin for a good chair
Can we have more polls? Much more. You'll receive a lot of feedback. Poll: Did Igor dedicate the right amount of time for LLMS, Image and animation in this video?...
Sonar looks just like Perplexity's previous API (with different tier naming)... hopefully the blacklisting/whitelisting actually works now.
So what happen with GROK and Elon who keep on talking bad things to open ai being not open source. does he even comment and praise deepseek open source? or he start to talk like politician as he is part of trump team....instead of talking about better AI for human being...
Let's see if the US bans deepseek like tiktok. What you think?
Or force them to sell so they can close source and charge an arm an a leg.
give actual use cases for business and introduce different tools that can solve specific problems in different industries, i don't wanna know benchmarks, i wanna know how those benchmarks effect the result when im actually using it, also please cover coding llm's more

The most interesting part is that this AI company is just a side project of a quantitative finance firm.
Nice video...that 3D ai model is 🔥, it could save me a lot of money, money I'd have paid 3d artist to make game characters for me, now I can just generate characters & focus on coding 😊
I think there is a mistake in the title, its supposed to be Deepseek R1 not Deepseek V2
! thank you
I live in Lisbon and I need to contact you for a job. How can I contact you directly?

Which ai did you use to generate the thumbnail? 🤖🤖
I am with you from your first 1000 suscribers and yeah, I never left a comment, but have to say, there is no one with the same compassion and understanding of the ai field like you. thank you for all that time you put into this. like if I want to know what is going on about AI rn, I always go to your channel first, no question asked. cheers
3:10 What 🤣 bois r in hurry to release their mini garbages?!
It's true, the AI landscape is rapidly evolving, and not every release hits the mark! 😅 While some tools might feel like "mini garbages," they often pave the way for more innovative solutions. Remember, every great invention started as an experiment-let’s hope these mini versions grow up to be giants!
The people who complain that mini models are useless are just outting themselves as non-developers. It's ok :)
Can it create LinkedIn posts?
I just want a youtuber who is straight up and says "yes i do say that for the algorithm. because i like money."
But it’s just not true with the comments. I have been making videos since I am 12 and I am ultra extroverted and I am genuinely curious what all the viewers make of these tools I spend my time with. Thumbnails and Titles? Different story, we absolutely do those for the algorithm.
Love in the chat
do u have any philosophical thoughts on a optimistic future where humans r free from work because of AI
