If you are using a Pico W, the code is different. Look for the Raspberry Pi forum entitled "Pico W onboard LED not working [Solved]". It doesn't use pin 25...

It did not solve my problem, but showed me where is the root of it. I found an app that installed driver as yours was denied by my Win8.1 as lacking digital signature. Anyway, I find your video helpful. Have a good day dear sir.

Yes in 2021 also windows 7 has place in the world , my dad have brought a new laptop and still he is going to install windows 7 on it.
Didn't help the pico appears in device manager but still with the exclamation mark.
First flash the uf2 file to the raspberry pi pico
Then try installing the pico serial
It should work, it worked for all my friends that had windows 7

@@motajkablove3494 so actually in the video I am telling you to flash the uf2 file from the official website of raspberry pi pico -www.raspberrypi.com/documentation/microcontrollers/micropython.html
if you used Thonny to program the raspberry pi pico then just install the micro python firmware, it is doing the same as flashing the uf2 file to the pico.
after flashing you can run the example program.
if you what to program pico using Arduino Ide now you can do that also by setting up Arduino Ide for raspberry pi pico.

This method is for fixing the Raspberry pi Pico driver , so that we could make it working in windows 7 , this it not the video for setting up Raspberry pi Pico for arduino ide
