As a Sundowns supporter, I never once doubted the capabilities of the technical team under Coach Manqoba Mngqithi’s leadership. I believed in Coach Manqoba, Coach Romain, Coach Wendel & Coach Steve - I genuinely believed we would achieve big things with time and I still think so post their regime. Sundowns supporters who have the club’s best interest at heart didn’t expect nor want the technical team changes; the club made a decision and we as supporters just humbly accepted the decision. The feeling on the ground was not what the agenda driven media was pushing, supporters were open to seeing what the technical team would achieve. The beginning of the 2023/24 season was not one which Sundowns supporters were happy with because “chameleon football” was not exciting and enjoyable, over time the supporters just adapted and accepted the philosophy, whilst the beginning of 2024/25 was similar but the supporters understood that the technical team deserved the same time period to do their work as the previous regime. I would like to thank Coach Mngqithi, Coach Foltz & Coach Robinson for the valuable contribution they have made, contributions which are starting to bear fruit now under the new technical team. Thank you so much and I wish them all the best in their future endeavours. They gave us so many valuable contributions which we will enjoy this season and beyond, especially the players they introduced, the squad/load management and the mentality/awareness that we have the capability to score a lot of goals which wasn’t the case in the previous season’s regime. Thank you to all of them once again.
@ thanks Mike. You seem to be a fan of my comments as this is the 3rd occasion you’ve liked. You’re almost as much a fan of mine as I am of you, your platform and SoccerBeat 😂 Got asked about doing a Sundowns piece a month back as one of the replies from Soccerbeat, unfortunately I responded and it wasn’t followed through. Someday, who knows. Glad you have acknowledged another comment, it’s encouraging for us to keep engaging. Importantly, thanks again to Coach Romain: trust me, the match going supporters were starting to warm up to him. All the best to Coach Romain👆
They always say "do not judge a book by it's cover" coach Fohloza is a mature young coach who knows his job very well. Now I understand why coach Manqoba believes in him. Thanks Mr Peter for great interview.
Sundowns players didn't accept that rhulani is gone the dangers of being too attached to people is that when they are gone it will be difficult to accept and move on
Coach Folz I want to tell you that the Motsepe family will recall you one day because they are good human beings, and the doors will always be open for you at Sundowns…
Am glad Coach Folz , you understand football and termination of your contract is not based that you did wrong both Coach Mancoba and you gonna get a team and am also loving your relationship between you and Mr Mgcithi keep on working the is a great potential and results would come ❤ love your work Coach
I would be surprised if Roman is appointed by top teams in Europe or the US. He's a coach with lots of insight. His journey is continuing for bigger things.
This young man is truly intelligent. I do not think Peter wanted him to talk bad about Sundowns, he wanted to hear his views about sundowns in the process testing his intelligence in answering questions.
Folz is the Good coach i saw him at Gallants even though the team was not well run by the management but you can see how he applied himself there they were playing a nice brand of football mixed with combination and they were comfortable in how they play thats why we saw players like Ndlondlo and Otladisa ,Ngema and Timm at their best
I think we have another Muhsin Etugral or Paul Dolezer in this man😀. He will forever be part of SA football, impressive how he remembered the questions, i see him bouncing back, somewhere soon.👌🇿🇦
Was waiting for this fact check comment.... the parties are even locked in a court battle over matters related to his leaving the club having just renewed the contract....
I never liked this guy, but after answering a question about skillful players, I like him, dude this is your home you can stay in SA as much as you want
@ that Rayners goal was a once in a while thing, the set piece issue has not yet been resolved yet.on that match against Richards Bay we survived because they were not clinical in front of goal but they were getting free headers and unmarked

Great message! 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻

Thank you for your service at Sundowns coach Folz👆❤️😊
Brazilians in the comments.. ❤
Very professional answers Folz , true meaning of don’t burn your bridges 🙏🏽
Articulated himself really well without any drama indeed.
Your Sundowns was very lethal in front of the poles and i thank you Mr Folz
Very professional interview by Folz. Peter Du Toit's strategy to get him talk ill about Sundowns could not work.
The man at that young ege is mature u can't mislead him big up to him i like the guy😅😂❤👆
He hates Sundowns that one😡
Dunu laugh when pirates and chiefs badmouthed yet you play victims
Even on his commentary that ps his always bias when it comes to Sundowns and I hate him for that
@@Motlapelepoetry Dunu Ke Mao
I like this guy, thanks coach for this informative interview ❤️✌️
Danki Fohloza....definitely need you back in the league 👌🔥
No doubt he’ll be back.
He deserves another Coaching chance maybe not here in SA but certainly in Africa.
They always say "do not judge a book by it's cover" coach Fohloza is a mature young coach who knows his job very well. Now I understand why coach Manqoba believes in him. Thanks Mr Peter for great interview.
He has a long and bright future ahead .
Fohloza👌👌👌💯💯💯💯very articulate chap!! Loved his analysis on Peter and Lucas 👌👌💯💯 spot on!!
Was a great interview.. really enjoyed it
It's time gentlemen. Let's abondon these video calls and get a studio. You're one of the few channels that actually speaks sense with no bias
Thank you Islah, this means a lot. We're working on a few ideas for our different presentations.
He will be one of the best coach soon.... Thanks for your service Fohloza
We agree!
Sundowns players didn't accept that rhulani is gone the dangers of being too attached to people is that when they are gone it will be difficult to accept and move on
It sure does sound that way.
Very interesting take on philosophy and examples on PSG and Toulouse
This guy is good.. he'll find a team soon that will be patient at him ❤
Coach Folz I want to tell you that the Motsepe family will recall you one day because they are good human beings, and the doors will always be open for you at Sundowns…
Lol
Peter is a very good interviewer, I'm so inspired and so much respect for him. 😊
He's a legend!
Am glad Coach Folz , you understand football and termination of your contract is not based that you did wrong both Coach Mancoba and you gonna get a team and am also loving your relationship between you and Mr Mgcithi keep on working the is a great potential and results would come ❤ love your work Coach
And he's young enough indeed.
I would be surprised if Roman is appointed by top teams in Europe or the US. He's a coach with lots of insight. His journey is continuing for bigger things.
You know what! That’s a great point.
I do not think Coach Fohloza established himself at Sundowns. His time there was too short.
My brother/sister when you are an assistant coach you've got absolutely no power Pitso said so
Yup.. tough to influence change in such a short space of time
We blinked and he was gone!
@@SoccerBeatZA It's sad. I enjoyed those countless, quick box entries.
You will come back to Sundowns. I believe in your quality input.
He has age on his side. This interview revealed so much about him that a lot of people will find out.
i enjoyed the interview, and really wish to see folz couching a psl club in the future. you'll go very far couch
You can tell why previous PSL owners were impressed by him.
Folz is a good coach if he was given offensive job I give him 10 over 10 bcz the team was doing well in attack and we were scoring lot of goals
Indeed. Even in the final , if those chances were converted, game should’ve been over in the first half.
@SoccerBeatZA I blame setten players for Manqoba's firing it was just politics of the team
As the saying goes, never judge a book by it's 📔!
Honestly they should've kept this young coach for the future , and released Khompela and his riddles.
No, remember that Fleming Berg has been given a mandate( 3 years) for him to win All cups including CCL. Therefore, he must achieve that objective
Fohloza 🔥🔥🔥💯💯
Hey, this man knows his story.
Weeeee
This young man is truly intelligent. I do not think Peter wanted him to talk bad about Sundowns, he wanted to hear his views about sundowns in the process testing his intelligence in answering questions.
Thank you for breaking it down Lungile.
Thanks for the good interview
Only our pleasure Daniel. We’re here to serve you.

He’s gaining a whole lot from working in all these different environments so early indeed.
We miss those goals, we're hungry
Thank you so much
Well said Folz .
Glad you enjoyed it.. 👊🏻
He was a victim of Manqoba"s exit becoz he was recommended by him and not a management decision
Very interesting.
I wish we could've keep the boy use this information and bcz he come later to our team we should've interviewed him start from the start
He has a bright future indeed.
Coach Manqoba,Folz ,Wendell, and Mweene top coaches and were enough. I will never understand how Coach Steve got in the mix
ENGLISH ENGLISH AND POETRY LOL😢😂😅
Very good person 💯 who knows his story.🙌💛
The future does indeed look bright for him.
I think we have another Muhsin Etugral or Paul Dolezer in this man😀. He will forever be part of SA football, impressive how he remembered the questions, i see him bouncing back, somewhere soon.👌🇿🇦
Faaaaaacts 😅😅😅😅
Very good person is Fohloza
Really had a brush out for Flemming Berg, did Peter
Peter Du Toit,Pitso was never let go..he quit!!!
Was waiting for this fact check comment.... the parties are even locked in a court battle over matters related to his leaving the club having just renewed the contract....
He will coach Sundowns in the future this one.
You think the door isn’t shut on him?
I never liked this guy, but after answering a question about skillful players, I like him, dude this is your home you can stay in SA as much as you want
😅🤣🤣 We judged him and I feel bad.
😅😅😅 respect 👊
Whoever is responsible for set pieces at sundowns is letting the team down. They can’t score nor defend those.
4 clean sheets. Reyners scored from a dead ball against RB but hey you obviously have your reasons why you say this.
@ that Rayners goal was a once in a while thing, the set piece issue has not yet been resolved yet.on that match against Richards Bay we survived because they were not clinical in front of goal but they were getting free headers and unmarked
To us who skip the ad break🥂🥂🥂
😅😅😅😅
The problem i have with him was a body language especially when you are at sundowns that's why Manqoba was not trusted
Saying Pitso gone nd Rulani gone u are implying that they were fired?
Rulani was fired
@@bennetndlovu1042that is not what Rhulani Mokwena himself said.
Folz or whatever he calls himself is still a learner on football. He must start from lower tier and grow with time.
Not a bad idea. And he has time on his side.
LIFO was applied to him. But I still wish him the best.
Mr folz fohloza come to chippa
Yho!! Chippa?
Pirates future coach
South Africa is falling back in love with Fohloza hahah
Which means Wendel Robinson didn't know what he was doing because sundowns was horrible with set pieces, whether scoring or defending
Even in the Final, chances were not converted cause Stephens was some serious form!
So Sales is not good enough
Fohloza and Manqoba didnt even make it to Pirates. they shouldn't add that Downs stint on their CV's
We blinked and it was over!
I really wish kaizer chiefs can appoint you as head coach or co coach with the chef
To do what at Chips??..when will you Chips fans realize no coach can rescue that useless team of yours😡😊
Stop the glaze bro this guy at chiefs no
You're funny
But but but…
Amazulu have fans?? 😂😂😂😂
Respect us 😂
No fans at AmaZulu
