This was the last concert I attended before the Pandemic hit. And my god I am so fucking glad I was there. Is literally my favourite gig I've ever attended.
SAAAAME, I WAS actually in charlotte when i saw them and Haken, and then they stopped the tour like a couple weeks later

Im In Detroit and the show was cancelled the week of the show due to the pandemic. I am very bummed I did not get to attented. I have gotten to met Devin way back when he toured with Vai and Had a good 1 hour convo with him. Been a fan ever since.
The Dublin gig in 2019 just before the Roundhouse UK DVD gig was also my last gig for 2 years because of the pandemic. The next gig I saw 2 years later was the return of Devin in Dublin at a bigger venue

Agren and Keneally knew it by heart since they had to learn it for Zappa. Seems awfully crooked (and it really is), though it is only 32 bars: if you seriously go for it and learn one bar per day, at the end of the 32 day's month you may join these happy player's band.
The whole piece is in 4/4 and I'm not joking. The complexity comes from juxtaposition of those crazy patterns over the basic beat.
