I have a big question I bought this one and having trouble with the Descale? How do you do it?

If you use the pre measured single wall or double wall filter basket, do you still need to weigh your beans?

I've never weighed the beans. I just pick one, and then try not to go overboard.

My bean hopper stops after about 6 clicks. Should i be able to keep turning clockwise in order to adjust grind to 15. I don't want to force it and cause damage.

Does it act that way when it's completely empty? I would take it out, make sure there's no beans blocking the rotation, and try it empty. It shouldn't do that if there's nothing in it's way, otherwise it may be packed too full or not inserted correctly.

Are you talking about the bean holder? That it doesn't change levels from 0-30?
