Superman may just be realizing that the situation between Bizarro and Jonathan-El could be his own with Jonathan If he's not careful. It's also nice of Superman to try to see the good in Bizarro's side of the situation, even though he doesn't fully know what happened between Bizarro and Jonathan-El.
Sans the caveat that Bizarro didn't do ANY good, but was a souped up nut job with an agenda against everything and everyone that didn't see things as he did.
So Bizarro Kal was hitting the Kryptonite ‘roids. That why he was looking like a bad meth addict with an ashy mouth and head like a cigarette butt. Kids, the moral of the story is…don’t do drugs.
The more I think about it, Jonathan always had a good life and friends before. So it’s not impossible that he may have handled getting powers differently than Jordan and maybe would’ve risked being more like bizzaro Jon. Powers would just be icing on the cake. Where Jordan never felt good about himself. Getting powers ultimately made him more confident and a little special, but he needed that. So as hard as Jon is taking it, hardship builds strength of mind and character- maybe this time without powers was Jon’s trial by fire so that when he does get them, it doesn’t go to his head. Because I think the bizzaro world shows that genetically, Jonathan is just as able to have the same powers. He just hasn’t gotten them yet- kind of Ike how kids go through puberty at different times.
This has to be the strongest version of Superman in television: - he was slightly immune to Kryptonite, getting rid of it and fighting under exposure. - he had dimmed, but still present powers under a Red Sun, as seen here. - he could see Steel through lead with enough time and concentration. - he had dimmed, but present powers after a Solar Flare.

I hate when they add this overly strong filters. A red sun will not produce a red hue on the light. Our sun is yellow and the light is white, not yellow.
Technically our sun is green, its light peaks in the green spectrum which is why it appears white(yes, they call it yellow, it's a long story why), it's a mix of all the colors. Our eyes only have receptors for red, green and blue. A sun that peaks in the red part of the spectrum would have little green or blue, giving it a salmon-looking color kinda like this. The light from a blue star would probably be similar to HID headlights.
Yea... I know Bizzaro Johnathan is supposed to be nearly comic accurate but I couldn't do the red stretcg pants. Military cargos but not res stretch pants. He looks like an 80's punk rock yoga teacher
Since red krytonite make krytotians more aggressive and jump into a fight would red krytonite have the opposite effect and turn kryotians here into punks and make them want to back away from a fight?
No...because Crisis changed reality and gave him twins instead of one son. So, only one of them got powers. Jon-El is an asshole. We don't know if Jon would've ended up like that since the showrunner for this show decided not to USE the fact that Jon was an only child as a plot point for him trying to get powers.

@@RavenPendragon14 But you also have to look at the the fact that ever since Clark moving the family back to Smallville, things haven't really been easy for Jonathan, going from an easy going, popular kid in Metropolis to a nobody in Smallville.
