I actually quite appreciate a modern blender tutorial. Every time I attempt Blender I see just such a steep curve to learn the simple things I can already do in Vegas, so I jump ship and go right back to Vegas. Thanks Philip.
Yes , it was a very big learning curve. Years back I tried 3 times to get into Blender, and gave up. By the fourth time I started to get the idea, and now it is a case of getting used to more minor changes like in this version. It really is powerful. I do all my special effects in it, and am starting to get around to integrating 3D into 2D video with tracking. I am hoping the editing sequencer will improve more, so that it is now my emergency everything video program of choice...and its free. Just download it and use it.

@@PhilipStephens007 I've tried a few times as well but never got nearly as proficient as you. Maybe I will print out a cheat sheet next time :)
