I'm in CA inter, have experience in Stock Audit of Listed companies, industries like FMCG, Automobile, Fertilizer, (have done audits solely, without having any team)
will this experience help me in getting into Big4 Internal audit Domain

See you have good experience, and there is no such strict criteria of getting into Big 4 (apart from both groups clear), so don't hold yourself back from applying into one.

What if we dont have any certification related to IT like excel , etc etc will they shortlist my CV if i dont have any extra certification rather than my eduaction plz help and if i want to see your CV how will I be able to see

have you cleared both groups in first attempt? If not then how many marks u get in each group. Please do let us know if "only rankers can make it to big 4" is a lie or truth!
This is a complete myth, i cleared both the groups in single attempt but separately, you can get into big4 irrespective of attempts ,3-4 attempts are acceptable, but main problem is to get your interview scheduled in big4.
Don’t let your hopes down ever, be confident and be sure always to give your best.
