So good, easy and genius tab, adding a tap if you d like to play it fingerstyle without capo, and learn as well jazz chords, damn it, i love your video.
You’re lessons are terrific. I love how you build them up from initial notes to full chords with leads. I’m not as good of a jazz player as I’d like but these help a lot in putting together a complete song
Vielen vielen Dank aus Deutschland.
So wollte ich immer schon spielen können...man ist das geil!
Yay, very nice. It's a great lesson. We would sure follow this. Please do more. May GOD bless you 🙏👍🏻
Thanks, will do 👍
Como siempre, un aporte significativo. Saludos y feliz año 2023.
Fly me to the moon
Let me play among the stars
Let me see what spring is like
On a-Jupiter and Mars
In other words, hold my hand
In other words, baby, kiss me
Fill my heart with song
And let me sing for ever more
You are all I long for
All I worship and adore
In other words, please be true
In other words, I love you
Fill my heart with song
Let me sing for ever more
You are all I long for
All I worship and adore
In other words, please be true
In other words, in other words
I love... you
Hi from Phoenix. Love this classic and how you put this together so it's clear and easy to understand. Having the tabs on screen really helps. Love your guitar playing. I am going to subscribe and check out the rest of your channel. Thanks!
Thanks so much!
Just beatiful. I just let this lesson play and I drift away
Very good lesson for us beginners. Thank you
No prob 👍 thank you
Nice! Very relaxing music!

Thank you Dylan. This was gret to have it broken down in sections.
No problem 👍
Muito legal seu jeito de ensinar!
Beatiful
Thanks!
Thank you for the free tabs
Awesome content ! Please continue to create more like this!💯
Thank you so much, I will
In the melody you do a note that in the standart versions do with a semi-tone up.
yea the G#, you can do it either way. I kind of like doing the G natural when using an E7 chord to get the sharp 9 sound. But sometimes I do use G# and harmonize it with a F diminished 7th chord also. Both can work
@@dylantorrance yes that's allright, i will try to play along with de G natural. Thanks
Thanks for sharing. I'll going to try. Greetings from 🇲🇽!!
Thanks!
New subscriber ! Really appreciate your videos !
After the slide from 6 to 7 in Part 1, it's 5 on the high E string not 6 I think
Ah thanks for pointing it out, the sharp messed it up for the rest of the measure. I'll fix in the pdf
Yes, I was about to point it out.
Thanks
Thank's

Great beginner lesson! Really good thanks for sharing!
No prob, thank you 👍
@@dylantorrance Breaking it up into 3 sections and playing at a slower tempo may seem like no big deal but it's not common at all. This is a super great method. I would love to see more standards in this format. One note samba, Round midnight, Autumn leaves etc...
Are there more standards on your patreon page?
@@TT-kw5nj thanks, i plan on doing more soon. I have the backing tracks and full audio tracks on my patreon and more tabs 👍 Here's a playlist: ruclips.net/p/PLDeYz8_A8es-CSlRp5K_IC1z-VLj0sRr9

Great video and lesson buddy! If you could make a video about the chords in the backing track I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks, the chords in the backing track are shown in step 2 around 1:26
Instructions unclear. I literally flew you to the moon in 3 steps
Woah
Buena aportación,en el tercer compas está mal una nota en la partitura, pusiste G# al regreso del ligado y es G, tu mismo lo tocas diferente
Shouldn't it be G# for the "JU piter and mars" portion of the melody?
Yea it should be. But I also kind of like the G in an E7 to get that sharp 9 sound. You can play it either way 👍
This is a very weird and delightful way of playing guitar -for me anyways (: Thanks!
No prob! 👍
@@dylantorrance lol

I create all my backing tracks myself, you can find them all on my Patreon 👍
Somebody have the backing track?
Yea you can find it here on my Patreon: www.patreon.com/posts/fly-me-to-moon-45502407
Can you tell me what tone did you use to make your guitar sound like that?
Just direct into ableton, no amp. Some reverb and delay
thank you
Can you link the backing track u used for this?
I create all my backing tracks myself. You can find them all on my patreon. Patreon.com/dylantorrance 👍
@@dylantorrance wow that's honestly amazing, thanks
Isn't the melody on Jupiter a sharpened note? G#?
You know i think your right. I kind of like the g natural though. Gives you that nice altered E7. But yea G# is likely the original melody note
Bend the G a little to get that blues feeling... E7b9 ... LOL
@@johnrothfield6126 exactly
Where can I find the free backing track? Thanks!
I have the tabs for part 1 and 2 for free in the description. TABs for the 3rd part along with the backing track can be found on my patreon. Link is also in the description and at top of comments 👍
