I completely relate. I decided to take a step back too. It’s a very toxic industry and it doesn’t suit my brain at all for so many reasons. I’m much happier when I’m away from it which is sad for me to admit. It’s no coincidence that all my friends who’ve left the industry are the happiest they ever been. Again a sad truth. So pleased you’re thriving, you are glowing right now and seen so happy! X

A little sad to hear that you’re leaving the full time live music and festival scene but I understand how those situations can become fatiguing and toxic. You definitely seem to be on the right path for yourself, there’s a noticeable (positive) change in your demeanor in this video and your level of energy is just different. Super happy for you! I’m fitness-minded (and also follow a plant-based diet) so I’ll definitely be sticking around! Congrats on this new life path!
It boggles my mind that the difference in my mental health is noticeable in this video. Thank you for saying that. The music industry is fun as a young person and I am thankful for the experiences I gained through those years but the lifestyle isn't sustainable as an adult. I appreciate the support!

Lol. Just subbed for band interviews from your Badflower video and I see this. I'm into fitness as well, so I'll stay subbed for a bit to see how this works out. Curious to see your take on diet trends. Personally, I think most trends don't do much as people's body chemistry is different and there isn't a "one size fits all" for diet. Currently I'm doing my no sugar, no fast food, no alcohol month which works wonders for me. I'm optimistic about your new direction for your channel.
