I don't buy anything but groceries and books. Lol. Haven't bought clothes in like 4 years. I also have good wealth management skills, so I am able to grow my money faster than I can spend it.

Alot of people use consumism to cope with depression, i do that with books and i read only 10% of them. Its clearly obviously this isnt the case with this channel

Leonardo da Vinci, by Walter Isaacson. This is a decent enough biography with information about his inventions/works integrated into it.

As for US history, I only know the basic books like A people's history of US, penguin history of America, Democracy by Tocqueville, and etc.
